- One of the busiest places to eat at night in Cebu City would be Kusina ni Osting. Kusina ni Osting is a small eatery that only opens at night until dawn and it specializes in Instant Noodles and canned goods. This eatery has been here for around 10 years already. The cook (Ariel) is really famous to students who frequent here and he is dubbed as the fastest chef or the white chef because he always wear a white shirt at work.

my favorite there is beef load with eggs… he also has tuna and sardines
Typical filipino canned goods that go well with eggs in omelette form are corned beef, beef loaf, tuna and sausages. Haven't seen anyone cook with sardines yet, but I wouldn't put it past anyone trying nad making it.

But when your customers gave you that title...that's the greatest compliment. It's the longtime customers who gave him the nickname "White Chef" "fast chef"... Etc.
