- Display all of your favorite memories on a smart photo frame. Agent Davis is here to help you set it up. She’ll be using a Nixplay smart photo frame and the Nixplay app on a Google Pixel 6. Your steps might be a little different depending on which frame and phone you use.

I’m paying for the plus feature, that way I could upload longer videos and more photos, but my frame is showing the same 50 or 60 photos over and over. I have over 1000 photos on there but only a few will play

Can I used it without the App?
Just with the SD Card or USB?
And if it´s possible, what is the maximum accepted storage capacity for an SD card that supports this frame?
Because to have access to the cloud you have to pay monthly, isn't it?
To use the Nixplay smart photo frame you must download the app. Also, The Nixplay Smart Frames supports pictures and videos which can be sent to the frame through the Nixplay Mobile App, Web App or email. The Nixplay Smart Frames do not support SD Cards and USB Drives.
I can see the photo thumbnails on my iPhone in the app, but do not see the option to add to a playlist anywhere. Can get through to customer service. Help would be appreciated!
How do I change out the current photos for new photos?
This can be done via the app. Select My Photos within the app, then select the Album or Playlist with photos you want to remove. Tap the Select option in the top right of the app and then select the photos to remove. Tap the trash icon and it will ask to confirm the photo deletion. If you wish to delete an Album or Playlist, go to My Photos and select that album or playlist. Tap the Three Dot menu and then tap Delete Playlist or Delete Album.

How do I rearrange the order of my photos
You should be able to choose the order of the photos in the Nixplay app.
How do you reset the remote. My remote stopped working
Try replacing the remote controls battery, or do a factory reset of the Nixplay smart photo frame.
I need help resetting my frame.
Here's a helpful tip, give it a try: Locate the reset button at the back of your Frame. It is in a tiny hole located below the power plugin. Using a paper clip, insert it into the hole and press and hold the reset button inside it. While holding the reset button, plug the cord back into the Frame.

Oh ffs, just give me a USB card slot. The old one had this and they don't sell it anymore because every single product out there wants all your info and a monthly payment. Hard pass.
sounds like your giving out an awful amount of tracking information .
