I'm sure you've seen an unknown band open up for a bigger one and not lost your mind and gone crazy. This was before they hit their stride. Bands have to take what they can get and play whatever shows they can and deal with boring crowds.

I love watching bigger bands' old live videos. I then compare them to now, and I prefer them then when they were much more appreciative of their fanbases. You know, that pre-asshole stage. Phase I.

You might of liked them more when they were like this witch is fine but Ive never known them to be assholes Chris recently said in an interview 'the reality is without the fans we are nothing' and said he wants to play smaller venues to be closer to fans so they must still appreciate us to some extent. MIW has never been an asshole to their fanbase, they're really close to earth about their fans. I really admire that about them.

I’m not proud of MIW, but that’s just me because honestly… they completely betrayed the “Immaculate Misconception” message portrayed in their lyrics with their albums from 2014 to 2017 then try, but I highly doubt, try to get honest again from 2019 to this day. For that reason, their evolution as a band is absolutely garbage. Completely discredited for me. Sure, his voice is great for the genre . But if there is any bands anyone should ever be proud of for their evolution as a band, those bands are : August Burns Red, As Blood Runs Black and Born of Osiris for consistency of staying true to the lyrics expressed in each and every one of their songs and remaining a strong truthful hope of bold, sincere and straight forward lyrics, a true inspiration to the scene from their start to where they are now. unlike Motionless in White providing the intent to head in that direction with their work in the Creatures album , then, saying whatever after to stay relevant. That’s really what it looked like , and I get they were on a contract with Fearless and being pushed to provide a certain amount of albums in their time since they signed during the Creatures albums but regardless, they are sell outs to one of the worst degrees for that. Chris , as the frontman for the band gave up integrity just to stay in relevant. And that cannot be ignored if you have been a true consumer of their music even before the Creatures album.

Every band that chugs has nearly the same movements. Synchronized headbanging motions. Running in place. Guitar raises. Etc. You haven't seen enough bands if you call this the best stage presence you've ever seen. I'm not hating on MIW, but I've seen countless bands move like this. It's a dime a dozen.

I love and pretty much worship this bad, but you cant deny Chris's vocals never really match the album, I believe hes a good singer, but not when he has to strain and sing louder on stage. His screams and some tones of his singing/speaking is perfectly to the recorded versions but cleans live just strain his voice I think. Bless the guys at this show though, how shit it must be to preform to such a shit crowd
