Goddammit Eric. I was going to do a chill zone 2 ride on trainer, and watch the new Roadhouse movie. Then I watch this and I’m like “well, it’s cold… but sunny…. Dammit I should go ride outside.” Sorry, Jake. TTL life means shredding and promises to keep… and miles to go before I sleep….. Goddammit.

Oops wrong time today here in the UK, Missed the Premiere, so don't like being on the money, but all present and correct for another great TTL catch up, and all round footage and music edit vibe. Another masterclass. The music on this one used previously but this is a great track to accompany some serious bike action. plus some great music choice on the run segment also. Finally before I bore you even more, fab Paula run footage to end early morning very cold outdoor ride here in the UK, wet and still very very early spring cold nip, numb feet and hands but with my TTL catch up,, my weekend is complete, stay safe both see you next week, much love from the UK David x

I told you guys years ago when you were looking, and prior to Bend….That you should have checked out LA…. Other than the crime and homelessness…. The riding is the best around!

Universe knows best, especially if someone was thinking they would rather spend 3k,,,and fly to Twain, when they are like exercising in ocean sides back yard, lol posters look cool:) like that idea, and Eric,,, as nicely as I can put this,,,there are two people inside every one of us,,,one guy wants you to succeed, the other guy does not, one guy wants happiness, other does not, basically they are opposites,,,now one guy is mostly in charge, calling the shots, the other guy may call some, but only a few,,,now here is the secret, its hard a person to know, or even if they do to figure out who is calling the shots,,,so what I did, was just start doing the exzaxk opposite of what I was thinking,,,and just observed how my life started to feel, should feel, like we are on a raft, flowing down stream,,,if it feels like we are on a raft tring to paddle up stream,,,thats the wrong guy, telling you to go the wrong way, lol
