Call me dumb but I didn't get what they were talking about. I understand the image but not the context
@@jackmyers8687 They were talking about what would happen if they bamfed out of the happy fun ball, mid plane shift. In my opinion one of three things would happen. Either they get left behind as they weren't part of the spell to begin with. They bamf out as soon as the spell ends. Or they get ripped to shreads during transit, i.e. slurpee out the car window.

Does anyone know what their inside joke with the slow-voice is?
Fjord answered Jester's message from inside the Happy Fun Ball. Time there flows slower than in the normal world. He was speaking in normal speed in the Happy Fun Ball but it was very slow for Jester, who was on another plane.
They were doing "I'm the Scatman" but in slow mo because that song is sung superfast.

I was thinking they we were referencing one of the Narrative Telephone episodes where Taliesin had accidentally sent his video in as a super huge file, which had to be sped up for it to sound normal. Played at normal speed, the sound was super slow like they were acting in the episode. I could be wrong, though.
Andrew's answer is correct, as confirmed by the fact that Matt says "the passion of the scat" just a moment later.
