I recently purchased the mini 3 pro as my first ever drone. It’s great, but I would like better resolution on the final pictures and videos. It’s all great viewing them on the iPad, but once you try to crop or zoom in, they pixelate into blur too easily. After a month of ownership, I already know I will be upgrading to the mavic 3 pro once I get more proficient with this one. Well done DJI.
Flying, and losing, an E58 drone the eyes looked at the Mavic 3 PRO. However, being new to real drones a DJI Mini 3 PRO was bought, and explored regarding flying, and some photographing. Then a DJI Mavic 3 PRO was bought. More flying power, much more camera power. I love it. Only need to manage hand landings... The PRO controller is highly recommended much due to its better brightness during sunny days.
I use RUclips to upload my shoots. RUclips supports 4k and when I edit the videos before uploading so I can watch them on the TV, RUclips does not apply filters or anything at all, it just uploads the video. It's much better than figuring out why none of the cables you use to connect to your TV do not display 4k. It was like magic watching my videos on RUclips. But I would like to ask you the same question. Is it worth it? Tell me about the range difference, be honest. Also let me know about the Low-Light performance. Let me know about the wind resistance. Lastly, let me know about the battery life difference as well. I lost my Mini 3 pro today. What happened was I flew over to an island that was about 3 miles away. By the time I got to the island, I was at 65% battery. So I flew near the coast of the island for some time (maybe 1 minute or so?), and started to head back when my Mini 3 pro was at around 57%? So if you think about it, it should have made it back. But as you already know, that never happened. I took a good look at my air speed, only to find that it was around 2 meters a second. I was incredibly high above ground, simply because flying higher increased my range, so heavy wind was my issue. Later, when my battery level had dropped to 34%, I remembered what my air speed was when I flew to the island. It was 10 whole meters a second. That is when I realized that it was over. Flying to the island, I was flying at 10 meters a second, but when I was flying back, I was only getting 2 meters a second. Then it got worse.... my drone had decided that it would force a landing. If you have not figured out the issue with this, let me remind you that I was flying back from an island.... meaning I was above water... Rip drone.... but thank God I had forgotten one of the most important thing second to the drone... my SD card. This whole time, I had to use the Mini 3 pro's internal storage, which was only 1.2 gigs. What does that mean? I forgot my SD card at home, so did not lose my other recordings. As a photographer and videographer, there is one thing you cannot replace, it's the SD card. You just can't expect to record the same thing twice, it's all random. So atleast I did not lose my SD card.
@@A2KMedia well it is still something you can use if you are into video postprocessing. You said it got nothing, just standard mode, but that is not true.
I have the mavic mini 3 pro and it overheats within 5-10 minutes of flying. It’s usually 90 plus degrees when it’s overheating. Does the mavic 3 pro overheat like that? Thank you
@demonhogo lol 😆 agreed... it's a weakness. Because I work in tech and support my family with tech - I justify it as "necessary indulgence" -my wife seems right through that, but is loving enough to indulge my indulgence.
Great review Sir, however you didn't tell us which was the Mini3 Pro / Mavic 3 Pro in the comparison footage!!!!! (I am assuming the Mini 3 Pro was on the left?

@@viktorbihar5384 Copying, and/or moving, new recordings to another medium after each flight would be much safer.
DJI Mini 3 PRO shoots in D-log too for a very long time, after one of the first firmware updates last year
forgive me but I can't see d-log anywhere on the mini 3 pro, can you send me some info?
@A2KMedia sorry, it is called D-cinelike on mini 3, but in basic, it is the same raw video as d-log
d-cinelike is not dlog, it is somewhere in between normal and dlog. It captures way more colours but this sacrifices the dynamic range.

Thank you
we went through multiple batteries and not had any issues and that is in singapore weather
@@A2KMedia I think you have a problem with yours. My mini 3 pro does not get that hot, not even close.
Loving the Mavic 3 Pro. I have the original as well, and the Mini 3 Pro for more stealthy work. Air 2S doesn't get out much anymore...
you have a problem.
i support it 😎
