Some years ago when i first started tying i was given the opportunity to take my pick from a collection of a gentleman that had passed away. Being new to tying my knowledge was limited and i had afew bits and bobs that i recognised. I know now i left behind a treasure trove of tying history. You live and learn! Great video , what a find

A beautiful collection, do you need an article 10 certificate to keep some of the feathers?

No, most of the collection is pre-CITES

He had very good handwriting for a doctor! Perhaps not medical?

I think he was an industrial chemist, judging by the many ICI envelopes.
