Again, you're trying to show that the house isn't cheating.
The decks are disposed of. They’re shuffled so that paranoid gamblers aren’t thinking they’re going to be reused, and if they are reused (which they aren’t), they’re already shuffled. New decks are brought in to make sure they don’t run out. You can actually buy used casino cards with holes punched through them. People collect them. The reasoning and method differs from casino to casino. Not all of them do it the same way, some don’t do it at all depending on country.

Honestly I wouldn't trust a real money online blackjack game to be fair if it was just a browser based video game. This way you can still see the cards are shuffled etc.

They're playing poker so you have to play with a single deck. Otherwise you could get hands like 7 of a kind.
