Baikal seals are small, yes, but it's actually the ringed seal of Lake Saimaa that is the smallest species of true seal (which also means that the Baikal seal is actually NOT the only fresh water seal in the world). I apologize for the misinformation.
I hope we will be inspired to keep the ocean clean for this pup, look how adorable this baby seal. We cannot afford to lose them because of our selfish acts.
I mean ocean is very huge that we've only discovered about like 7% in total so a bit of garbage will most likely not hurt this absolutely adorable seal Also that seal is in a zoo so if you're gonna be that person why dont you go free that seal

Trust me you won't regret it.... Seal fur are some of the weirdly soft but little bit prickly coat (that is very enjoyable) to touch... and the blubber is a plus to the squishy soft texture
something about big round eyes and roundish faces and small creatures triggers our brains, this is why we humans are obsessed with baby animals and stuff and also why we don't find centipides or crocodiles cute

何だろうなぁ。スポーツ選手が日差しの眩しさを軽減するために目の下に黒いペイントをしたりするけど、それに近い役割だったり？簡易サングラスみたいなものなのかな。このアザラシの生息地って氷に覆われているイメージだし、光が氷に当たった時にレンズみたいに反射しまくって結構眩しいと思うんだよね。
あとほら、エスキモーの人たちって寒冷地に住んでる割には肌が浅黒いじゃん？あれって確か強い紫外線から肌を守るためにメラニン色素が多めだって聞いたことある。けっこう自信あるかも、この説。（間違ってる可能性大）
