One of my favorite interviews you've done yet!@ ❤❤❤ absolutely love Andrew Shaw. Him and Lyle sopel are the two biggest reasons I got into Jade Carving. Thank you for doing this interview and can't wait to see whatcha post next! ❤😊
Oh, yeah BTW been doing research and come to know the numerous varieties of types of Jades, Jadeite, Nephrite and oh the colors. I have come to love the outer skin- they pose - the inclusions in my opinions are spectacular.
Hi, love your interview. Andrew is absolutely great, I commissioned 2 carvings with him, absolutely stunning, THX Jordan for introducing the world of jade to me, living in place where people have absolutely no knowledge about it. One thing that would be lovely, if you could make a video about southern red or nanhong agate? I am totally in love with it but know nothing about the market situation, is it faked and altered like jadeite/nephrite. Where are the most secure places to buy nanhong? And, as always, how trustworthy is etsy? Sorry, loads of questions, but would love it if you could give some info. THX
Ha ha,funny about disappearing jade in China.. The previous Australian owners of Cowell jade sent 3 containers of Black nephrite jade to China some 30 years ago, which turned up three quarters empty, or so they were told.
LOVE THE VIDEO-INTERVIEW.
Love your videos on Jade!
