    Pretty soon those Budd trains will retire and be replaced by new Hitachi trains, the same ones used in Miami. Fact: the Miami Metro used to run these Budds in the past.

    Another gem of a report.
    I especially liked the use of background music at the stations. A splendid way to make transportation more enjoyable. I bet it helps pass the time in the event of any prolonged delays.

    When did you capture this video? The place looks like a ghost town. Great video, by the way.

      Around 3pm, it's pretty busy I just tried my hardest to get the people out of the shots
      Which was easier since it was raining so most of the people was hiding under the one shelter

    Hey dash quick question. Are the 2006 hybrids still around or they gone for good. I know this question is dumb to ask but meh.

    • @DashTransit
      @DashTransit  Год назад +2

      They were gone for years. It's not a dumb question though. In fact perfectly understandable

    Why is MTA playing the music in all of their metro stations?

    • @Lansdowne11
      @Lansdowne11 Год назад +2

      They play it system-wide at MARC, Metro and Light Rail stations. They've done it for years. I think it's supposed to create a calmer atmosphere.
