    I am thirteen and when i got in to rocketry your videos were the first to pop up on RUclips and i have taken much knowledge and inspiration from you. I made a 3" 3 foot punisher and flew it on a D 12 , 3 to 475 feet

    The Saturn V is by far my top favorite rocket I have two unbuilt 1/100th scale one 1/1200 two Saturn 1B and a Saturn Skylab I would love to have a kit like that one its awesome

    We haven't been able to launch since last April at Pawnee grasslands in CO for the same reason. May not be able to go back there due to the persistent drought. good luck up there.

      Yeah Pawnee is so hard to launch at I just end up making the trek down to score especially now with their higher waiver now

      Love Launching with SCORE. Got my level 2 there. With higher waiver, will try for level 3.

    You might want to think about filling the engine cowls with some expanding foam, great stuff even. And then capping them off with some 1/8" ply. This will help assure they don't ever collapse and they shouldn't chip or anything. Just some ideas.

      The biggest potentially issue is the overhang past the tube. There's not much I can do except put a bit ol chute in it, really.

    Hi Braden, I have a bit of advice for the holiday season that many other RUclipsrs do, which is sell out and post often during the holiday season. This would would well I think for buildcember 2022, and you could reach out to vendors like wildman and loc to build some of their kits to bring in prospective buyers. I would assume kits that are good for new rocketeers would be best, as anyone who has experience in the hobby knows to unload their paycheck on Black Friday. Since you already did the wild wolf kit of a good L1 kit, maybe build a great introductory fiberglass kit for people who want to try one.

    • @RocketVlogs
      @RocketVlogs  Год назад +1

      There's actually an introductory glass kit in the mail from Wildman as we speak!

    I was always curious as I myself never flew any multi or cluster engine rockets as to how do you get all engines to ignite at the same time?

    • @RocketVlogs
      @RocketVlogs  Год назад

      For smaller motors like this, I'll use e-matches dipped in Procast from Quickburst.

    Are you flying to MWP or driving?? Either way, stick your 3" punisher in your bag and buy a motor from Tim when you get there. We have hardware you can borrow if you are flying. You can't come all the way to MWP and NOT fly!! Us Illinoisans cannot allow it!!

      Actually, I'm flying my 8" V2 on an M2500 at MWP.

      @@RocketVlogs WOOHOO!!!!! Excellent!!! Hopefully the same day I fly my Demon 150 on the M4500ST that I wasn't able to fly at Airfest. Two nice rockets on big M's on the same day would be sweet. What days will you be there?

      @@StreuB1 I'll be there for the entire event!
      The M2500 going in the V2 is the one we swapped out of the center for the 12" Punisher at Airfest and it's a bit...sketchy. So, hopefully, it doesn't take the V2 out. Got the okay from Carl at AT to fly it, so we'll see.

      @@RocketVlogs What was wrong with it??? One of the student groups this spring flew an M2500T and it cato'd spectacularly and it looked like it burned around the grains and the liner. I and several other motor builders examined it closely and to me, it looked like a porous portion of a grain OR a poorly cut and fitting liner.
