You guys are awesome! I have been fighting with my ASV skidsteer for hours, trying to get a seized up bogey wheel off. Using your tip, I grabbed my air, compressor and air hammer with a little bit of pressure from the crowbar. I had it off in under three minutes, thank you so much and God bless!
Brilliant idea! I have these same old tracks on my UTV for plowing and just had a bearing come apart on one of these. Extra points if you happen to know what bearings fit those wheels... I think if I replace the bad wheel, but replace the bearings on the others, I can get another couple years out of these tracks.
@@atvtracks ya that's what I remember doing last time I did them few years ago. Was wondering easy way to replace them probably replace all 64 in boggie wheels, I made a tool to help press them in seems to help. Also should I fill the gap between the bearings full of grease or just a little bit. Thank's
Excellent, thanks for the tip!

atv and utv tracks.

What kind of tracks do you have? Are they the TJDs or the Camoplast tracks?
@@atvtracks I have the old TJD Kimpex style like the ones in the video. Long discontinued, so getting info and parts has been difficult.
Do you have a video of how to remove and replace bearings on the newer camso tracks? Good videos by the way very helpful
We don't right now but we will probably make one! They are pretty easy just to pound out.

Does this work for other bogey wheels as well?
Yes, this should be able to work on other systems as well!
