It is beautiful! I have a vintage Petite Noe, the canvas was in great condition but the top vachetta was all chipping when it arrived. I had that and the sides replaced for $180 us, I left the bottom bc it was fine and not really visible. It is my favorite and most comfortable bag by far. Congrats!

Ahh I love this bag! I bought a vintage one from 1992 from FB in December and it's also amazing condition! The only thing I did was buy a leather tie from Etsy to replace the original but it looks like it's from the original. Bag twins!

So I bought this bag after watching this video. 😂 I kept an eye out and found one from 2019 but had pop spilled on it. I took it to LV for the leather to be replaced but because it did not patina evenly (the sides) and got a discount on replacement but still cost a pretty penny. Still way under the cost of the bag and I'm happy I'm gonna get almost brand new and beautiful. Now I can watch it patina. And a big plus, almost all my LV bags I bought in 2019+.

Yay! You got your bag! I think a lot of Japanese retailers are also either reducing prices or reaching out to international customers because the country is not open to foreign tourists so they need to make up for lost business somehow. Anyway, congrats and glad the process didn’t take too long!

Hi Lauren, I found a vintage noe bag for $400 CAD including tax. The only problem is there was some cracks on the top of the leather trim. But no other issues overall. Not sure how much to replace just the trim at LV store. Not sure if it's worth to buy.

I bought a vintage Noe (1987) from the ebay seller you listed. The seller was great at communicating and when the string came in broken, they gave me a partial refund which was great! But I was wondering if you had your bag authenticated after receiving it?

I just got the charge for the duty it was $169 so in total it cost me $869 Cdn.
I bought a LV monogram noe yesterday from a person whom I've known for years that sell pre-owned authentic and fake bags. I purchased it for little of nothing knowing that it was fake. Did LV put a serial # on the vintage Noe? It is usually located on the side under the vacchetta strap which holds the strap.
Hi, I’ve been eyeing this bag for years now and I go back and fourth whether to sell some bags and buy new (if that’s even possible) or if I should buy pre-loved through eBay because of the very reasons you pointed out about stressing about new Vachetta. I just can’t seem to be able to see past stains and tears. I’m definitely going to watch your buying pre-loved video but have you done an updated whats in your bag with the Noe and how you’re liking it still? Thanks for all your info!
Definitely go the preloved route! It definitely took some searching and patiently waiting for the right bag and a good price. If you can find one with minimal stains, or if there are on the bottom of the bag and not as noticeable…the bag is much more carefree!

Great buy! I bought a Noe GM from a Japanese seller on eBay for $315 total after shipping is $390 back in 2018. The condition of the canvas was great but the trim was dry and flaked off and it was missing the drawstring but the strap and the side and bottom vachetta was fine. I finally took it to LV to see how much it would be to replace the trim and drawstring and for fun get an estimate to get all the vachetta replaced and to my surprise it was reasonable at $330 for all the vachetta to be replaced so nowI am impatiently waiting to get it back.

Thank you! Yes, purchasing off ebay is way more affordable - at least here in Canada. I got my original Epi Noe GM from Lxr & Co and it was a good deal. But, since then, the prices have gone up astronomically.

I also purchased one from Japanese reseller on eBay few years ago, but now the vachettas is pretty worn, I heard replacing vachettas would cost $850-900 US dollar, I am not sure if I should sell it or keep it
It's really up to you and if you think you will use your bag. I'm lucky my vachetta is in great condition. I think I'd only replace the tie and it would be fine.

How do you clean and condition your bags?
Hi Jocelyn! I have a video on my channel from a few years ago showing how I clean my LV Montsouris. I generally like to use unscented, non alcohol baby wipes and then a shoe cleaner. I use a few different conditioners - it’s tricky because I live in Canada so we don’t have a lot of different options I see on RUclips.
Considering getting this bag pre-loved..seems like quite a big bag, without any pockets in it, does it become a big black pit or did you get an organizer?
I’m not a fan of a ton of organizers. I keep everything in pouches, so it works for me!

I forgot to mention this in the video! But yes, I can tell a difference between the older canvas and the newer one. The other ones are definitely a bit more resilient and less thin.
