Okay here's tip they missed. Many items share resources. So be careful when setting auto crafting. Sometimes you may end up making alot of unwanted items before crafting what you really need/want. Example, if you want to autocraft tranq bombs make sure the auto craft for sleep ammo is off since sleep herbs would automatically make sleep ammo.
Yea dnt turn autocrafting on all the time you will need things for other parts. And join sos even if it seems like the player is in a boring area... chances are they are figgting something rare or more then one monster ur chances go up
Yeah i got this and started about 3 hours ago, and im coming around to it a bit and enjoying it a lot.( why do i have to go out for a meal tonight! :( :( :( .)
paul slade - wow, I was just like you. The day I got the game I also had dinner plans and really wanted to cancel them just to play monster hunter world xD
'Dont use bowguns? Dont pick up items for bowgun ammo' Do it anyway. If you decide you want to use a bowgun a few hundred hours in, having that massive reserve of ammo is a god-send.
Totally true. I know I'll be using the Bowguns at some point, I've already been using bow, and I've taken the free ammo they give every hunt just to have it for later.
Crafting, the science of understanding, deconstructing and reconstructing matter. However it is not an all powerful art. It is impossible to create something out of nothing. If one wishes to obtain something, something of equal value must be given. This is the law of equivalent exchange, the basis of all crafting.
OMG thank you. I laughed really hard. At first I thought you were giving some really thought full advance (not that this isn't thoughtful) but almost half way through I thought to my self "ooooohhhhh"😉😉😉 then "it's not the whole thing it's it?"😂😂😂😂😂love FMABrotherhood
Best tips my mate told me when I started play back in the day was always catcher a monster if you can and always break/cut tail every time if can. This ensures you can get the best chance of drops you are going for 😁
yes also if you catch enemies you can fight some them in the special arena. This lets you fight them in an area that has a bunch of traps and they can not run away. so you easily can gather materials from him
The capturing thing is not always true. For example Deviljho and Zinogre, there rare part has a higher chance to be carved than to be gotten from capturing.
The merit here is great, but there are a few flaws guys. First off no don't keep a bunch of stuff that you will not use in your inventory. Antidotes, herbal medicines, etc. Only bring those on the quests where you can easily get poisoned. Leave that space and pick up everything you come across. Max out that space because early on you WILL need zenny. I mean if you aren't going to use gunpowder turn off the auto-craft and sell the berries (They sell for more than the gunpowder) Sell anything you know you won't use instead of just walking by it. As for going back to camp and unloading, the realistic chances of you remembering to do that mid-hunt is very low and when you get to the point where you don't get carted often you won't be heading back any time soon. Camp is often far away and takes up time that you could be gathering. I mean in the end just enjoy your hunt though. It's so much fun and you can always go on and expedition for gathering without having to worry about all the intricate parts of a quest.
Crafting tip you missed: You can actually rearrange the entire crafting menu by pressing square. Moving commonly crafted items to the front prevents you from paging to find tranqs every time.
The game is fun and all...but I wish they would properly fix the online component of this game for xbox. I feel like I'm not getting the full experience.
You can respond to sos flare by going to " join a quest" -"sos- then pick what level monster you want to hunt and keep trying until it give you a list of available hunts. Hopefully they fix the matchmaking soon
Man,I miss those armor in the thumbnail so much. It's was first armor gear that I have to purchase just to get that tracking monster ability and Whole maps got shown without actually taking a map from the chest.
Nice video! I have found this game to have a steep learning curve but I am really enjoying it so far. Dual blades, switch axe and light bowguns are my favorite weapons overall
I’ve just bought this game & know nothing about Monster Hunter games! It’s freaking hard to grasp all the systems & am so overwhelmed! Hopefully I’ll figure it out! And I thought Witcher 3 was hard.....haha yeah
Dnyc3st 89 the inventory management in this games is crazy easy dude... All stuff that you dont need, just move it to the storage...the storage is enough for every single item in the game... And you can craft item directlt from storage too
Yeah, you could dump all your items in the item box, it's very simple. I used to have full inventory until I realized I could do that, now I never run out of space
Dnyc3st 89 Took me 20 hours to get used to the inventory. It isn't exactly clear from the start of the game but you will eventually learn. The only things this game is missing are well developed characters WITH DIALOGUE and a meaningful story. Gameplay is pretty much spot on and it is fun to play but as someone who likes a good story, I am a little disappointed.
Master Of Recipe yea I don't like the whole reading text and pressing x to advance to more text id be ok if they had a actually voice over saying it and text
Master Of Recipe The dev is still not experienced in making stories as all the older games doesnt even have one.. Theyll improve a lot in that department after this game i think
It pisses me off this game because my health gauge is low so I die every time I fight and there’s no way to get it higher. Also u can be wrecking an enemy an it will just disappear to the point u can’t follow them
Joshua Chapman You can get your max health higher by eating at the canteen (assuming you're choosing the right platter or doing your own platter) before a hunt. Also by using a nutrient, a mega nutrient or a Max potion during a hunt (Maybe other items have a similar effect but those are the one that comes to mind).
The servers a weird and matching with friends in a party is harder than it should be. I sometimes get an error code or their quests that they've posted don't show up and have to spend 15 to 20 minutes trying to fix it.
Drescher1984 if you have another piece of equipment with the same skill, it increases the skill to level two. Later on you'll get charms where there are loads of different types that give different skills
Christian Abarca youre playing on the og xbox as well? Does it play better later on? Ancient forest plays good but I feel like the drops there are more frequent
Really wanna get this game but all this stuff seems like too much ... All the screens you gotta go thru seem tedious , everyone seems to say you get used to it tho
ITS DLOWE BABY I told 2 friends about MH and both of them had no idea what it wad about but once they learned the basics they got into it even passed me in progress and i've played the older games. Its not that complicated i would say its easy to learn if you take your time
If you guys really want some professional TIPS don't rely on this video, go to Arrekz Gaming or Gaijin Hunter or some other veteran MH RUclipsr out there.
^^^^ you upgrade weapons to get the tree and then with armors make sure you constantly refresh the bounties for the armor spheres to upgrade you armor . saves the hassle later when you have a good skill set up but are using lower rarity gear
because Cod is the prime example of a game aiming for high accessibility for casuals, but with shallow substance. MH:W is my first game in the series, and once you get going it's incredibly fun and rewarding to play.
fightnight14 if you don’t like the game that’s fine but don’t go and say that it’s bad everyone has their own game preference and that’s not a bad thing. Now stop wasting your time and stop hating on other games.

Very good advice. You deserve a LOT more likes!
I was thinking that when he mentioned turning autocrafting on.
Yea dnt turn autocrafting on all the time you will need things for other parts. And join sos even if it seems like the player is in a boring area... chances are they are figgting something rare or more then one monster ur chances go up
this. this right here is solid advice.
God this game was confusing as hell when I first started now I'm getting the hang of it and I'm addicted
getting behind the complex systems is part of the fun :]
Yeah i got this and started about 3 hours ago, and im coming around to it a bit and enjoying it a lot.( why do i have to go out for a meal tonight! :( :( :( .)
I already have 40+ hours on this game xDDD
Eduardo D Angelo same thank the pre-release !
paul slade - wow, I was just like you. The day I got the game I also had dinner plans and really wanted to cancel them just to play monster hunter world xD

I tried the beta. Didn't like it too much. Bought the game anyway. I've lost so much sleep. I can't get enough of it.

Kai SchSp lol nice
Kai SchSp Now I want to watch Brotherhood...
OMG thank you. I laughed really hard. At first I thought you were giving some really thought full advance (not that this isn't thoughtful) but almost half way through I thought to my self "ooooohhhhh"😉😉😉 then "it's not the whole thing it's it?"😂😂😂😂😂love FMABrotherhood
to anyone reading this who doesent understand...WATCH FULLMATAL ALCHEMIST BROTHERHOOD

wishstruck what can't you fight?
havent actually found out i think you can fight any captured monster in the special arena.
The capturing thing is not always true.
For example Deviljho and Zinogre, there rare part has a higher chance to be carved than to be gotten from capturing.

Greatest game I played for years! enjoying evry minute! Thx Japan :D
Welcome aboard new Hunters, welcome to the best community In gaming. Hunt on.
Thank you! I'm brand new to the franchise. Been reading bout it for a while. Finally picked up MHW. No regrets.
One of the best games of 2018! A must buy.
Tip: you should always bring extra backup materials like mandragora to make max potions - much more effective
One can not create something from nothing... THIS IS THE ART OF EQUIVALENT EXCHANGE. I'M SEARCHING FOR THE PHILO-
this is honestly the most fun game I've played in years.
This video was not made for me in mind. I figured these things out a long time ago and I am glad not much has changed.
Dont craft Beta gear until you have completed the main storyline, alpha gear already has extra skills but beta gear has slots for gems.
John Matthew I mean dont craft a full beta set until you have enough gems, I worded it badly but its a waste until you have enough gems.
I've been searching for the armor set in the thumbnail for weeks and it has been driving me bananas.
Crafting tip you missed: You can actually rearrange the entire crafting menu by pressing square. Moving commonly crafted items to the front prevents you from paging to find tranqs every time.
Jayson Dela Cruz It would be easier if there was a feature that let you favourite items.
The game is fun and all...but I wish they would properly fix the online component of this game for xbox. I feel like I'm not getting the full experience.

helmiboboy should a pre-ordered the helmet increases ur chance of rare finds in any kind of gathering. Tis dope
Mickey@Kswiss that’s exactly how I feel
I cant farm any monster materials? Thanks IGN, I though I would make monsters grow on trees! To bad I cant do that.
Only weak monsters thou
Imagine if you plant a monster tail and the rest of the body starts to grow underground. Funny thought. Haha!
When playing any ranged weapon have both the ammo and crafting supplies in had as much as possible
The game looks absolutely stunning in 4K HDR mode!
So annoying you can not grow Ivy in your farm. Its one of the most important items and it feels fairly rare.
Where do you find throwing knives?
Be prepared for long grinding hunts
.....I’m new...I don’t understand anything like I just wanted to know how to craft a healing potion but I got put in a calculus equation of doom
Better save those might seeds cuz they make cash one of the best ways to get that Z
How do you get the sleeping knife?
See and as a newbie to this game all this inventory management bs is the reason why I don't want to get this game lol I'd go crazy
Dnyc3st 89 the inventory management in this games is crazy easy dude... All stuff that you dont need, just move it to the storage...the storage is enough for every single item in the game... And you can craft item directlt from storage too

I've seen people fly up mountains with the hook. How??
Good timps.. thank you.
Great timps
San Abella
lol.. Woops
IDK the pass fail thing sounds fun
I just pick random stuff that looks nice then see what it does after
I'm just trying to obtain knives, how do i do that?
Make sure to check your item box when you do missions, I've had knives in there for every mission so far
Also if I'm not mistaking you should be able to craft effect type knives ie. sleep, paralyze, tranq
How do I craft traps???
When veterans dont need these guides 😎
FORGOTTEN ROBOT Z yea but it’s still fun to watch these videos lol
It pisses me off this game because my health gauge is low so I die every time I fight and there’s no way to get it higher. Also u can be wrecking an enemy an it will just disappear to the point u can’t follow them
Joshua Chapman maybe you should eat food that boost your health and get items like nutrients that boost health too

Anyone else been having issues connecting to other people online? I haven't been able to find or host a game since launch.
TRiPPY Console?
Arenos Karlaen yeah the ps4
It's odd how you half to go about getting in a game or playing with friends......I'd look up a video explaining the system
Xbox's matchmaking for Monster Hunter world is down right now they are trying to fix it
The servers a weird and matching with friends in a party is harder than it should be. I sometimes get an error code or their quests that they've posted don't show up and have to spend 15 to 20 minutes trying to fix it.
How do I upgrade item skills?
Drescher1984 if you have another piece of equipment with the same skill, it increases the skill to level two. Later on you'll get charms where there are loads of different types that give different skills
Just over here. Waiting for them to fix xbox.
NerdRage I haven't had any issues on my original Xbox one
Aheeem Xbox had/had (don't know if they fixed it yet) a multiplayer problem where you can't play online or with your friends.
Joel you can play with friends, but you cant matchmake. If you wanna play coop you'll have to invite or join a friends game
walkable flamer i know, hopefuly its fixed by the end of this week
Christian Abarca youre playing on the og xbox as well? Does it play better later on? Ancient forest plays good but I feel like the drops there are more frequent
Here's a tip, just build everything.
This dude sounds like Jerry from Rick and Morty
Throwing knives
Really wanna get this game but all this stuff seems like too much ... All the screens you gotta go thru seem tedious , everyone seems to say you get used to it tho

I love this game 20 hours in but I can’t forge any damn weapons
Nookie upgrade them
^^^^ you upgrade weapons to get the tree and then with armors make sure you constantly refresh the bounties for the armor spheres to upgrade you armor . saves the hassle later when you have a good skill set up but are using lower rarity gear
Nookie you have to upgrade it... You can only forge base weapon for each tree of crafting
The narrator sounds like gary busey to me
Is it odd that to me it feels like a casual Dark Souls?
Jesse Watson lol just wait till u reach the high ranks
thumbs down because youre thumbnail lokk like you giving us tips abaout armore crafting
why do yanks say erbs not herbs it got H in it lol
Cause the pronunciation according to the Oxford English Dictionary is erb.
fried em
brick top the H has always been there, and has always been silent. You’re doing it wrong. :)
Hi there
No, you grab everything you see and sell the stuff you don't ever use.
You re not making something from nothing if you use Items to make other Items
First time playing a monster hunter game ever. Sorry fellow hunters, I guess I wasn't living on planet earth for about a decade.... -_-'
If I know all the facts does that mean I get to dislike the video?
Oh, so it's not making something out of nothing after all... Disappointed!
Thumbnail looking like for honor :/
Dlight what the hell does that even mean. They are literally wearing armor. That’s it.
nothing bad, find it amusing.
Dlight for honor doesn’t have create armor bro
Lol
Out of all games on the market you think it looks like for Honor... Just wow...
First
The game is shite. Way overrated
Begone troll
XxgunsxX1 how do you know he loves call of duty over everything?
because Cod is the prime example of a game aiming for high accessibility for casuals, but with shallow substance.
