24:20 Different Jubilee line Train. At Finchley Road, the Jubilee line train he was on was 96495, but at Wembley Park, the Jubilee line train in the other platform was 96716.
Yeah, the metropolitan was faster than the jubilee line as it didn’t stop in any stations between Finchley Road and Wembley Park so it caught up with another train that was ahead of it.

I been to Finchley Road Lancaster Gate and Bond Street and other stations but not Wembley Park
