Makes good sense to take the ferry from Hull. We are very close to Harwich in Essex and the Stena Line goes into Hook of Holland. It’s been on our wish list for some time. Have a great time 😃👍🏻 Trev

Looks like the Pride of Rotterdam trip was a good experience. This is interesting for me, because Hull is by far the nearest port for us. I haven't been to the Netherlands since 1976 (!) on a childhood holiday, so am looking forward to your travelogue. PS I used the EMUK towing mirrors for the first time recently, to tow 100 miles and back for the caravan service: they are indeed excellent!
Hello The ferry was spotless. Pre booking the meal package is worth it. Hull is our nearest port as well. It’s the quickest way to get into Europe. Thanks Phil and Juliet 🙂👍
Hi mark. I cannot recommend meat or dairy. They will take it off you and could be fined. You cannot leave your fridge on. Your gas has to be disconnected before you board the ferry. We turned on the fridge using the cars 12 volt just before we left the ferry. It helped cool it a little. I would not recommend using the gas whilst towing. I hope this helps. Thanks Phil 👍🙂

How strict where they about you taking food with you - esp meat and dairy. Can you keep your fridge running on gas?
