You are welcome! Yes I did! They gave us a meeting point and a time. The meeting point was where we were dropped off. They let us set the pickup time. The multiple groups in our van wanted different pickup times so they had a few different scheduled to accommodate everyone. I rode back with a different group of people. It was like the wild west but weirdly well organized at the same time. It's definitely reliable enough to get you there and back no problem.
One more thing - they gave us a wristband that proved we paid for a round trip when we took the outbound trip from the cruise port. That meant we were able to easily board the ride back to the cruise port with no hassle or mention of payment or needing to carry a receipt with us. I didn't have any cell service or wifi and it didn't impede my ability to make this work.
