@@NealBaileyStudios when designing a tube frame isnt it better to eliminate cutting and wlding as much as possible Meaning that the pipe extending from the front to the rear on both sides could either be bent (in a complex way) or cut and welded in 3 sections Would keeping it 1 piece better from an engineering stand point?
OMG I thought you guys died, I was just thinking last week " What happened to that guy who was building a car in his garage?" I'm glad you're still going at it.
Is it possible to import the step file without any adjustment? I am familiar with Autodesk inventor notching and bending, I think it kinda new for me to bring it to fabricator
I used Autodesk Fusion 360 to do the main design then exported the sections I need to a program called Bend Tech that is used to make the exact bends using whatever bender you have. You can do the full design in Bend Tech as well but I needed it in both formats.
The detailed info is great, keep it up. The 'why' info is just as important as 'how'.
Thanks man, stay tuned new video tomorrow. 😎👍

Great video, makes it look easy
Thanks man. 😎 👍
Hello i love the project! Where are you located?
How can I learn to make a tube chassis, school, books, or any other materials you could recommend

Hey! Thanks man for hanging in there. It's been crazy with life and family stuff but I'm back at with a new series starting from the beginning. 😎👍
are you going to let us down with this highly ambitious project?
Well I don't intend to, I did it once before just doing it again but better all around. 😎 👍
great info
Thanks man. 😎👍

YAY :D great, keep at it
Thank Man, more vids on the way soon.
What size tube?
