Cheryl turtlemoon. The pre-installed aps are part of the official ROM for the device. You can try to stop some of them from the App manager. The only way to remove them is if you have Superuser permition (you have to root your device) but this will immediately void your warranty.

Overheating on camera is not a problem only for Z3 plus, as i know, Z2 has the same problem. You can try to hard reset the phone. It's good to make a factory reset after big upgrade. This remove the problems with incompatibility apps. Of course first do a backup.
After 4 months of using z3+ I found that overheating is affecting phone performance... And that is obvious in gaming... Some games lags alot... I have emailed sonys support about this but still no respond...I used to have Xperia zr and it was perfect in gaming...in same games I use to play z3plus it's very bad which supposed to be better than zr...and that is enough to refund
It's not strange... This is the problem of 810 snapdragon processer... Sony try to resolve this problem by using another processer as back up while 810 is cooling down... And this procedure makes the phone less in performance than the zr...

Do you have a reaction from the Windows for connected device. The problem can be the power button, battery, main board. If you have warranty, don't try to fix it.

If you have warranty, ask your provider for help. You can try to hard reset the device (if the problem is from recently installed application). If this not help you, this is a hardware problem. You have to go to a repair service center.

Try to set your phone to factory setting. But you must first connect your coc account to your gmail which is found in coc settings.

I don't know another code for the test menu. Most of the tests you can do also from Settings - About phone - Diagnostics - Test.
What happens when you enter the code?

Test your cameras from the Hidden test menu. If they working:
- Open the camera app and clean the cache.
- Try with a factory reset (do backup first!).
- If you don't want to do a factory reset, check the last installed apps or you can download another app from the appstore.

sir i have an issue on my z3compact it won't turning on, after few days itry to powerkey+volume up it turning on so i prefer to update to lollipop version after i install lollipop i use it so nice , after thet when i check in the morning it won't turning on again , what step sir to solve this issue ?

Connect the phone with a charger. Do you have charging light and indication on the screen.
Connect the phone to a PC and try to switch it on. Do you have a reaction from the Windows for connected device.
The problem can be the power button, battery, main board. If you have warranty, don't try to fix it.

From Settings - Applications, select the desired app and you will see options: Uninstall, Clean cache, Move to SD card.

If you have a problem with the volume buttons, your device always will go into safe mode.
Try this - switch off the phone and pres 3-5 times the volume down button more hard. Be careful, don't break the phone. Switch the phone on.
If you have a problem with the volume buttons flex cable, the only way is to replace this cable.

If you have warranty, ask your provider for help.
You can try to hard reset the device (if the problem is from recently installed application). If this not help you, this is a hardware problem. You have to go to a repair service center.

This is a hardware problem with the volume button. Switch off the phone, press the volume button stronger two three times (don't break it) and then turn on the phone.
If this not help you the phone have to be repaired in a repair service. The volume, power, camera buttons are part of a flex cable (google - xperia t3 volume button flex cable).
Will safe mode delete all my contacts and pictures?
Hey I need help. I tried both ways of getting into safe mode but the first method just restarts into normal mode and nothing happens while the second method just hangs in the wavy animation when i hold the volume button and then it just shuts off then reboots into normal mode. But when I keep holding the volume button it just keeps hanging and resetting infinitely.
It's like safe mode isn't even in my device.
How do I fix this? I'm on Android 6.0.1, Xperia Z2
This looks like a software problem. Make backup then hard reset the phone.
