I always have trouble with some of my Earthquaker pedals because they don't get enough power and they start to crap out. The Cioks really delivers more than you need! Great units
Nice! Really great insights and ideas I’d love to try out. I will say for the powercon cable, another great alternative is using a “Locking IEC Cable”. I use one for my temple audio pedalboard live, and find that it locks just as well as a powercon does, AND if anything happens to it while touring, I can easily use a normal (non-locking) IEC power cable in it’s place instead as backup (which are more readily available than powercon cables)
you can also very easily convert an IEC to a powercon cable with a handful of parts if you're in a real pinch. I made a few powercon cables from extension chords and some ends i bought on amazon.
@@jamesaudio13 I only use it for stage volume for people at the front of the stage. I'm not super concerned with the sonic fidelity of it since the cabinets are not mic'd. The sound the crowd hears and what is in our monitors comes from the DI output of the QC. That being said, I have the matrix power amp and the duncan and the mag44 is the most linear response. However, I personally think the matrix power amp sounds the best / fullest, but it is not the most linear.
Definitely interested in the midi thru XLR. Would love to see some videos about live playback, and mixing tracks for live use.
Highlight of my life is when you gave me the set list at your last Baltimore show! Thanks man!

Sharing because or my idol since highschool..🎉🎉🎉 a shame you only have 8k subs…
I would love your saosin presets, upload them 🙏
Just switched to a Cioks from the Truetone CS12 to downsize my board. Absolutely flawless, how is it so smol!?
Sweet!!! Thanks for sharing 🤘
Dude, Your 6505 on tonehub is so f* Roar . love it
Amazing. What's that pedal below the wireless receiver?
The dc7 is such a solid product!
Just get a short powercon to female iec and keep it with your board as backup
would using the red cable work with a Shure BLX14/cvl?
Shouldn't the video title include "Cioks DC7", not "Clocks DC7"? Auto correction error?
Fixed! Thank you. Auto correct always trying to do us dirty. 🙏🏼
I heard a new album is brewing?!!
How do you feel about the Mag 44 power amp? its a little weak imo, but it gets the job done for the small amount of space it takes up.
Weak as in not loud enough?
@@paniccleo yes, if i turn it up more then half way it seems to almost muffle the tone of the quad cortex
You should do live streams on youtube man.
He does them on Twitch! You can follow him there. It's free 😁
Can you power the 44 mag with the dc7?
No, The Magnum 44 needs its own power supply.
Was curious on how that power amp is? I had the Mooer baby bomb and have heard the duncan power stage. How do you think it stacks up?@@Beau.Burchell
