Hooray!!! Finally Grec Roman as it applies to Jiujitsu! Thanks so much! I did freestyle in high school so my single leg defense is pretty decent. I’m gonna try this!
Under the guidance of Gustav Frištenský, who wrestled without any sporting constraints, my grandfather trained in Greco-Roman wrestling, which was not governed by Olympic regulations.
Perfect style for bjj, problem: u have to live somwhere near eastern europe to have good greco teachers! Luckily in east west german we have solid greco coaches…. So since i go greco for standup in bjj…. Was real gamechanger
Normally right leg forward. Question is: should you try to be right leg forward, let it develop naturally or even go left leg forward bc there are less lefties (in Japanese Judo they are said to push some righties into being lefties)?

Nice tutorials, but be very careful with underhook, it is very easy to be thrown by headlock from the opponent.
If you’re right handed should you lead with right or left foot in Greco?

A double leg is definitely not the only takedown he can get hit with 😭
