Howcome its all old peopole following master Chen, I am disappointed how no younger aged people knew about this hidden treasure, they only know about mma, but maybe that's a good thing.
a very nice group sharing an evening with a kung fu expert. I saw excellence in technique from the instructor, but no students to learn from it. but I actually got a lot from watching the fa jing. Interesting use of single whip too. Very good instruction, thank you for posting.
Not exactly, this is just demo of Qinna and neutrolization. Taijiquan is a complete system of Neigong, philosophy, fighting prototypes, training methods. Also human body physics. :-)
@GabrielGroverMan 'mystical chinese kung fu powers' lol you don't even know what style this is and even Who that person is in the video before making that comment. He is Grandmaster Chen Xiao Wang, the current 19th generation lineage holder of Chen's Tai Chi, National treasure of China. You can''t see it physically , the force is internal, takes years to harness and extremely powerful anyone who has done one of these classes will tell you....
i respect CXW very muc, but this technique against knife ist....let us call it: not so good. and the students arent able to perform an easy omote gyaku. i would not show that on youtube....sorry
with seminars like this no one learns anything, but gets some good laughs at the 'mystical chinese kung fu powers'... i'll only do a self defense class if its a continual thing.
these people should watch that youtube clip of the chinese guy stabbing people at a chinese magistrates court...the guy was stabbing with fast brutal intent...frightening...this would be totally inadequate....get serious
