This is what I have always understood and been taught from scripture and it will be amazing to see God fulfill all His promises to Israel and the Jewish people accepting Christ Jesus as Messiah. Side note: How do you feel about the current state of Israel and timeline of the Church age? To me it sure feels like we are nearing the end of the Church age and getting close to the rapture/tribulation. I never felt this way before and always thought of the rapture as far off but the last few years have had me looking much more into it. I see Hosea 6:1-3 (specifically verse 2) as showing the church age as possibly two thousand years, and the third day as the millennium. Thoughts on this? I am not hard-set on this just haven't heard a better explanation for it.
Correct with the Hosea passage. Additionally, the number of man is 6 & confirms 6k years + 1k Millennial reign =7k completion. That 6k puts us here today, but due to the calendar differences we don't know the exact day, but we see the times and the seasons

I 💯 agree with you that it’s clear God’s hand and heart is on the Jews, when you witness the unwarranted hatred that’s generated toward them, both now and throughout the centuries. They get blamed for literally EVERYTHING today. Yet people seem to be blind to the actual widespread influence, money, power and control that the RCC wields in every segment of society.
