He didn't "find" Baker or Kyler. Baker was at OU while Riley was still at Eastern Carolina. He didn't recruit Caleb Williams, he chose Brock Vandagriff. The QBs he actually recruited (Mordecai, Rattler, Morris, etc) all ended up somewhere else.
