You gotta admit. The CGi was pretty fresh for the time and they did a good job to make those ghosts convey those cartoony personalities on screen.
I don’t care how old I get, this scene will never stop being entertaining.
Cameos never gets old
I like how you can hear the Cryptkeeper laugh for a couple seconds after it shows them in the mirror as in he actually was there and enjoy this cameo
This film blew everybody's socks off with its visual effects. And the cameos were so unexpected.
Chicago film critics Roger Ebert & Gene Siskel sure do adored this very much. Which is why they gave this two thumbs up.
I didn’t realize her legs flying after getting pushed into the closet lol
I love how he turns into Clint Eastwood, Rodney Dangerfield, Mel Gibson and the Crypt Keeper. Too funny
It took me 25 years to realize he said “Marky Mark he’s not” when he loses his pants
The cgi in this movie still looks better than alot of modern film.

Also, as someone who was raised on the Max Fleischer shorts of Casper the Friendly Ghost, I thought that this was a solid take on this character.
This is one of my favorite scenes in the whole movie. I even adapted it for one of my own movie ideas, especially the train scene.
