I made the 3 ingredient bananna bread using a strwberry cake mix my family really liked this version for a different twist. Ive made it also with a chocolate cake mix and it is very good.

My grandmother used to make a pumpkin bread that was so delicious. Sadly she passed before I could get her recipe. I have made the banana bread using the cake mix and my family loves it.

You don't have your homemade recipe on your website. I just paused the video and added the ingredients as you said them. I decided to add poppy seeds, it's in the oven now. As soon as the homemade one is done I'm making the chocolate version of the 3 ingredient banana bread and I'm going to add walnuts to that one. (I have a lot of overly ripe bananas I need to use, lol) I'm glad you mentioned the chocolate version because I was thinking shoot, all I have is devil's food box mix and I don't want to go to the store. When making the chocolate one I kinda spaced out and added 3 eggs instead of just 2 (oops) it still turned out good, just took quite a bit longer to cook and has a more cakey consistency, not as dense as a regular banana bread.

When we moved in I could never find the attachments and I was determined I would find them and not go buy a new one then find them later!! Well, I checked boxes again and I can’t find them!! It was "different."🤔...I think I prefer the original banana bread without nuts(I have Crohn's disease).... But I do love walnuts in it ...if I was able to tolerate the nuts😔.... thank You for Sharing 🥰

We need more banana bread!! And I have plenty of bananas! With a little one I always have fruit! I’m thinking about either the perfect homemade version you taught me or using my spiced cake mix! I’m afraid it will overfill my little loaf pan though! Lol I also have my bunt pan though….
Perfect again!!! I did the homemade version, turned out perfect last time so I just didn’t miss with the cake mix… and I bought a loaf pan just for that so I might as well use it.. thanks again! It was a perfect midnight snack with butter and a glass of milk for my little one spiced tea for momma😍

I will try both of these. Most recipes have you mix the wet and dry ingredients separately, then combine, so I’m anxious to try your one-bowl version.

I use a recipe that has added brown sugar as well as granulated, some shortening and vanilla. Nothing like homemade but the quick version looked great. Love watching you cook and bake. Have a wonderful day.

I used a carrot cake mix, added walnuts, and a little extra sugar and it was very good. Just need to cook it about 10 minutes longer than it says here.

Don't worry about the dog, I recognized the click-click sound on the floor and the lapping up of the water. I have a long haired dachshund that you couldn't drive a dump truck over but let me quietly get off the bed and attempt to leave the room, he wakes up and follows me. I am going to try your homemade banana bread. I made a no sugar added banana bread that I seen on another cooking channel and I either did something wrong or my taste buds are different than hers but it was awful. I took 2 bites and felt like throwing up the rest of the night so I through it all away. I had filmed it too but deleted it since it turned out so bad.

I have made a Chocolate Chocolate chip banana bread cake. It was also amazing! I bought overripe bananas at the store last night and am going to make the semi homemade banana bread soon. At least your dog is semi quite. My dachshund would bark his head off.

Both look amazing! I am going to try the cake mix version when my bananas get overripened. I have recently made a banana bread from a cake mix I found on bettycrocker.com. That recipe used oil and came out of the oven like a cake.

Anybody else have a problem with the 3 ingredient banana bread? I don’t know what went wrong. The loaf baked for 30 minutes and looked perfect all around. (Glass loaf pan) But as it cooled it collapsed and was gooey in the center across the top only. The gooey part didn’t go too deep. What did I do wrong? 😂

I had to cook mine much longer than the video showed. I cooked it till a butter knife inserted came out clean. So just cook it longer.

homemade looks more dense, but no one that loves banana bread will turn up their nose at either one.

When i make banana bread 🍞 I use a gluten-free banana bread 🍞 mix. I followed the instructions to a tea. It rises up good and I test it with the knife 🔪 too see if it is done. The knife comes out clean, and I take it out of oven and let it cool 😎. When it is cooling down it flattens down too 😎 half its size and is half uncooked. What should i do? I am getting ready to start a new banana bread recipe AGAIN! THIS recipe always goes flat and half raw all the time. How can i stop ✋ it from doing this again????
the gluten-free will have a different texture, it doesn't have the wheat to hold it together for this recipe. It would need a different time table to cook.
Also check oven temp with oven thermometer...most are not correct. That would effect all cookig
