How do you get the decal to stick to the transfer tape so well? Everytime I go to peel off the backing paper, the vinyl just does NOT want to stick to my transfer tape. Do I need stronger transfer tape?
Hello yes it’s probably because you are using a low tag transfer we use the Rtape clear choice AT75 and it works great for us but must be careful when removing transfer after applying the vinyl as it’s kind of strong so careful when removing
Another great video! You mentioned about dry applications and air bubbles; Does a wet install produce less to none? I've never done a wet application before and I'm wondering if that's the trick to not getting any air bubbles
Hello! That is correct, wet application prevents bubbles - not completely - that’s why we recommend using rapid tac, we also use it to clean the surface before applying stickers. Just don’t use it when cold weather, also don’t use it on glass if you use RTape ClearChoice AT75, it takes a long time to dry
Hola Maria! We have a non-heated garage, nothing fancy to be honest. Each 50 yard roll of vinyl comes with a squared plastic base on each side of roll - I guess it keeps them from moving around when being shipped. We just use those so our vinyl doesn’t sit directly on the floor.
Another great video guys
Thanks a lot Dan!
Great job on working around that tension! 😅 break time!

Did you do the original artworks?
No we just vectorized what customer sent us
What machine did you use to print your image on the transfer paper? And what size was the machine?
Hello! We used a vinyl cutter not a printer and it is a Graphtec CE6000-60 24 inches and we used Oracal 651 vinyl.

Thank you! We use Oracal 651 for outdoor use, it is water resistant 😃
What is the price for that peace?
For this type of projects we charge between 480 to 550 if its 1 or 2 color design but this is indiana prices are different everywhere
