They seem to have grown quickly to me as well! Sorry you don't like your bangs :( Maybe try Jamaican black castor oil? Never tried it but heard it's good for growth

You're both wrong, it's called a flat twist
A French twist is not made up of 2 strands

4:52 ok, I know I'm late, I just found your channel, but, if you see this I thought I'd let you know! Dutch and french braids are what you described them as, but what you did in the video (your simplified version) was technically a flat twist. A lot of people would call it a rope braid, which is kinda true, but a rope braid includes taking two sections of hair, twisting them in the same direction, and then twisting them around each other in the opposite direction that you originally twisted them in (if that makes sense lol).
Flat twisting is a variation of the rope braid, and it's exactly what you did. You take two sections of hair and begin twisting them around each other, without twisting them separately before. You add hair only to the bottom section of hair. Again, if that makes sense, I know I'm not the best at explaining things.

Hi, Jen here. Your hair looks so pretty in these styles! That is a great product! I've loved that finishing cream ever since I saw Becky ( the Polished Curl) recommend it. I use it after I scrunch out the crunch if I need to tame a few frizzies. It makes everything look polished and smoother.

She looks mostly 2c (with variation, as always) in most videos, they are stretched for the purpose of the video (bad hair day).
2c is very wavy. Like almost every strand. She has light waves.
Nikki Raton she has straighter hair in this particular video, check any other and you'll see that every single strand of her hair has small waves and a lot of big curls, she has mostly S and some O formations, while 2a and 2b hair is mostly I and S. While it is a fluid system and there are many inbetween cases, Dana definitely doesn't fall under 2b, when her hsir isnt stretched.
Not that it matters that much , cause to be fair, the 1-4 a-c classification is not that good, because every subtype can have 2 if not 3 shapes (LOIS), for example even loose waves create huge curls sometimes, just like type for hair can take a tiny S shape.
@@ocandro Ok but I've been watching her channel for a couple of years. I've noticed her curls are mostly at the bottom, not root to tip. If we're going off the hair chart she's not 2C, India Batson is.
