Bert Kreischer finally came out about it reluctantly after he had talked to Jay multiple times and still Jay used one of Bert’s stories as his own. And listening to Jay on Conan, you can tell he’s not blatantly trying to rip off Dice but at the same time, he doesn’t mind if people think he came up with the “yambag” thing. He seems much too comfortable using another comic’s joke without crediting them and I find that very troubling. Dice is a maniac and I think Jay is god damn hilarious on the radio... BUT... Jay’s been known to use other comic’s material as his own. Bert Kreischer finally came out about it reluctantly after he had talked to Jay multiple times and still Jay used one of Bert’s stories as his own. And listening to Jay on Conan, you can tell he’s not blatantly trying to rip off Dice but at the same time, he doesn’t mind if people think he came up with the “yambag” thing. He seems much too comfortable using another comic’s joke without crediting them and I find that very troubling. I wouldn’t be that pissed if I was Dice but I’d definitely have a sit down and tell him to be very careful with shit like that. But then you hear about how he stole Bert’s story and even after Bert asked him to stop multiple times, Jay puts it on his SPECIAL. I don’t think Jay goes around trying to steal material but clearly he has an issue. He’s a funny guy but maybe he has trouble writing, I don’t know. Either way it does disgust me that he would steal material from his friends like that, that’s truly gross.
Johnny Cash his wife well ex wife wrote his Showtime special for him and he wasn't at all shy about sharing it so maybe you have something with the lack there of writing abilities. His strong suit is definitely his impressions maybe in his mind he is doing an "Impression" and he doesn't look at that as "Stealing" idk but this whole thing is funny as fuck

This whole segment starts with Dice giving Jay a hard time for borrowing a line... Half way through Otto and George are mentioned and no one pipes up about Dice taking the nursery rhyme material... He must have been sweating. All the same the Dice was a killer in this bit.
