Thanks Rick, I worked hard on these. I'm always trying to grow in the way I arrange and record songs. My sons actually compiled the verses and put together the graphics for me on this one. I'm so thankful for their help, I think they did a great job.
Good job sons! Your efforts are worth it. Back when I was making them, I always added Bible verses to my guitar videos and would get positive comments about having them mixed in with the video and music. Plus, I would get a blessing myself, searching the Bible, trying to find verses that would fit the title of the song
The music is beautiful but never say scriptures doesn’t do anything for you. They are there so if you happen to look down at your e-device you will see them.
I also misunderstood what you wrote there, got it from your follow-up comment. In the book of John it is written that the word was with God, and the word is God, and the Word became flesh, meaning that the word and scripture is the Lord Jesus. We are indeed saved by the word, and by hearing of the word. God bless you brother.
