It is really nice that you include directions for reassembly. This makes the job easier for someone who has never done this before. Including instructions for what to do if the tape rips when removing would be helpful.
Why was it necessary to remove the screen?
My man, you’re quite skilled at bringing any reparable firearm.You have to be very skilled and have a lot of patience. To perform any parts replacement, making and or repairing parts and doing refurbishing on a firearm.
Replaced the battery no problem. Now the phone shuts off every time I make or receive a phone call and it’ll shut off every 15 minutes or so. Bad replacement battery?
It's important to understand you're working with microscopic screws so you MUST be careful when performing these operations. If you drop one on carpet or other places, good luck finding it. Also, it is extremely difficult to unscrew depending on the tools you use. Maybe I had cheap tools but there were a couple screws I had trouble turning to get off and one just wouldn't come out. I don't know if Apple uses cheap screws or the tools I used were cheap and got chewed up but it was miserable. I got the job done but it was a challenge. I'm sure Apple designs their products so that people get fed up and bring them in to their overpriced stores.
My thought too. It shows Apple product are dirt cheap to make if parts they used is any indication.
Get a magnet and scan over the carpet!
Also I seen on other videos where adhesive was added when putting the screen back on....Is it needed to make sure the screen is attached?
It's needed to make the phone partially waterproof again.
Use auto magnetic trays for the screws and metal covers.
The only real difficult thing I had with replacing my iPhone 7 Plus battery. The SCREWS ARE EXTREMELY TINY and quite difficult to get them to seat in the driver and squared on the head of the screws. Otherwise it was quite simple to replace its battery. My iPhone had the original battery being over 6 years old and would go dead within a hour of non use. If I was using my iPhone. The battery would last around 15 minutes. I had to basically keep it plugged into the charger.Wow what a difference with the new battery. It charges quickly and holds a 100% charge for hours when not being used, and lasts for. Well, I don’t know yet. But the charge percentage goes down extremely slow.
Same here. I was pleasantly thrilled to see my battery was 100% capacity and saved $70 getting my friend to do it

Yes, opening the phone will damage the waterproof gasket seal and it will no longer to water resistant. You can buy replacement gaskets i think

My iphone 7 plus, I was charging tonight and change the screen to black and something started to turn around in the middle of the screen, can you help me because it wont turn off and the homr button wont work
It was working well before I charge it battery was 64-percent, also the battery wont last long

You’d be better off going to apple and going the £25/$29 because if anything happens. They’re liable for it.
