Very clean work 👏👏👏
Thanks so much doing this video, doing the same to my 2021 ar 210 over this winter
Good vid. Thanks for the info.
so the switch is always on 1 and you switch over to 2 whenever boat is off while using the stereo?
In my case I run the boat off one and when anchored I use battery 2. If I had identical batteries I would just use whichever.
What size you use for battery wiring?
4 Gauge for the batteries
Is the first and second positive wire connected to the engine starter?
The two red wires connected to the single battery switch (1:30 ) go to the starters. When adding a second battery you don't change the wire's endpoints, just how the batteries connect.
Are you gonna add an ACR? to keep from having to switch between batteries?
No, at least not anytime soon. I am perfectly happy with my Noco shore charger.
Did you install a fuse for your bilge pump?
It was already fused from the factory.
Does the negative bus bar need to be grounded or bonded to the metal on the boat (mine is fiberglass, so it will be hard to find a spot), or is the fact that it is connected to both negative batteries terminals enough to create an acceptable ground?
Sorry for the very late reply, it is grounded to the engines which is basically the only ground in this boat.
Hi sir what size is the breaker ?
It's 40 amp, there is also a link in the description.
