    cool video i have a pretty basic yoga routine that i like to keep with because it makes me feel less rigid. recently i have been trying to get into the lotus position because i akways thought it looked so cool and mystical lol. i also used to play a game with my childhood best friend during recess where we would go into lotus position for the whole time and then wobble back to class laughing because our legs would go numb lol. probably not good to go numb but we were just kids having fun. also while im on the topic did anyone here ever spin around in circles for no reason as a kid just to get dizzy? lol being a kid was weird

      Hahaha I totally love that lotus story ! And when I was in yoga training I thought it was the coooolest and always looked up to my teachers who could do it for a long time. I did the spinning thing too haha
