This is a big help, found it scrolling through Noelle mains comments. I knew somehow I was screwing the rotations cuz even with Yelan and Furina on fav I couldn't get enough energy on Noelle to burst on cd even with 130 er. Now I see I understood Xilonen's E wrong in terms of particle generation

I semi built noelle a few months back bc got her c6 to try with furina team but I don’t have a great set on hunter set yet. Then Xilonen came out I wasn’t going to pull for her at first but since she works with furina and can make my arl and nuev team stronger also making noelle or any other team in general stronger I used my guarantee on her. I was originally saving my guarantee for S0 nahida but she is not coming any time soon. Now I just have to get my noelle and xilonen from 80 to 90 and level a few talents then I should be good to go for end game. Might take a few weeks to save and hopefully get artifact upgrades.
However much ER I have on Noelle is what I'd recommend. 'coz with the teams I showed (which would be similar to Yelan Furina), that amount seems to work perfectly fine for me. So apparently I recommend 150%. Now that being said - since your Yelan is running Favge you can probably get away with 130%. Or even 120%. Good luck!
I have my Noelle on 125 ER and am not heving any troubles ever if funnel energy correctly. Even in solo Geo lol. She has the luxury of keeping burst even when swapping, and burst duration is quite long. She's not really meant to be played as a hypercarry which is a good thing
I cycled through my alt accounts with the 10er pulls from Neuvilette. Pre Sumeru (5* are all pre Inazuma) And got my c6 Noelle on it and pulled Navia and Xilonen. If I run two teams with Navia and Noelle as the two DPS, What would be her best teammates? Who would need cons/r1 atm I build Childe National as backup. With Sumeru, Fontain and Natlan there should be a few 5* possible
Noelle's ER situation has always been awkward for me. The fact that her skill gives so little particles means she pretty much relies soley on teammates. But then once you get the ball rolling and her burst out, she can start generating particles. It's like she goes from needing ER like crazy to being completely fine. I have Gorou on Fav and Noelle on Skyward Pride. If we're talking minmaxing, you could probably get enough ER out of a maxed out Skyward Pride + substats. But for a casual player, an ER sands might be more comfy.
I'm confused by something you stated here. Noelle's skill cannot generate any particles, whether she is in her burst or not. The only particles you should be recieving are particles from team mates or those generated from hp thresholds/deaths of enemies.
Was about to say exactly what Zatikin said. Have a look at Noelle again - part of the reason she has massive energy problems is because I think she's unique in being unable to generate particles. Hence why it's so important characters like Albedo, Gorou, Chiori, Navia and now Xilonen exist.
I was reeeaallly hoping to skip Xilonen so i can save on Primos for other characters, but I'm a huge sucker for anyone that can help Geo, especially Noelle...
