The Million Mile Lexus had a couple setbacks (you'll see soon) so I went ahead and got the 4Runner done! Thank you all so much for watching, hope you enjoy!
The 4Runner turned out great! I really enjoyed this episode and I’m happy that the 4Runner now has a great new home and family. Thanks for sharing the story of the MKII Supra, too. It’s a truly beautiful car and I hope it finds a wonderful new home and family, too.
Just finished watching, great episode, I like how things look transparent and real. you get us some peaks behind the scenes and there's a lot of value to that, we get to really see the process and enjoy it as we follow along with you. Great stuff Michael!
Great video, earned a like and subscribe. Daniel at Boozer built, is the type of meister you want working on your ride. No obstacles just calmly goes from one job to the next. The man knows his trade to have that kind of cool confidence. Wish I was closer to Birmingham with my 4runner.
Bro you’re my fav car RUclips right now I’m a Toyota Lexus dude and seeing the LS400 restoration and the 4 Runner rebuild was just amazing I found your channel from the Lexus restore and I’m restoring my 1998 Lexus GS300 slowly as I daily it and when I’m done I’m getting some type of Toyota or Lexus SUV to restore than build it as a overland build I can’t wait your channel helps motivate me just wish you uploaded more tbh 😂😅😅 keep up the great work bro I was trying to get my body work done before winter but I’m still finishing up mechanical work than I’m going to pint correct polish and wax it in Oct and Ceramic coat in winter and under coat and get ready for north east snow and salt 😂 and do body work in soring
I wonder what one of these Toyotas starting up with an electric fan would sound like? That fan sound at startup will forever be ingrained in my memory.
I prefer the chassis so it’s not tugging on suspension components but I always end up checking them constantly on long trips to make sure they don’t loosen
@@ElseasWorldno doubt about that lol, “The Bumper Man” with the PPG T-shirt is actually my dad lol. Shameless plug to “The Bumper Company” also located in downtown Birmingham!
Let's be real, if you wanted the BEST protection for the frame you would completely strip it inside and out, let it sit in a tub of rust converter for 3 days, take it to a zinc coating shop, get it powder coated and then paint it... but that is a little excessive.
That guy from wheeler dealers did that. Outrageously expensive for the avg man based on the quantity of rust convert needed but was cool to see never the less.
I continue to love your work Michael!! Seriously enjoying what you're doing and your style. Big fan here in Sydney, Australia mate!! Keep up the great work and content!! P.S. I'm sure Jack will very much love those parts for the Supra hahaha.
Another great video! Well worth the 40 minute watch!! Keep up the great work Michael!! If anyone is reading this and not subscribed to him hit that Subscribe button now!! Cheers from Canada!
You and your team a 24 hour chassis swap on a Toyota 4 runner well done but these Toyota box frame chassis are some of the strongest ever made and the damage to the bent chassis how did they do that and a deserving buyer Rudlidge Wood l do like his work and l didn't know he was a fellow Toyota nut
38:15 ain’t no way bro is really giving that nice of a 4 Runner to his 16 year old that you know is going to destroy that mint condition thing beat on it wheel it an crash it like all 16 year olds do bro is stupid fr
Your friend selling his dad’s Supra is incredibly sad. I wish to god I had my mom’s 89 Ford Probe GT. She had bought it new, and it was the COOLEST car.
I liked their top gear, Tanner and Rutledge were very big car guys who knew their stuff, but they tried too hard with the comedian guy (don't even know his name off the top of my head). They've tried to reboot it for america like 3 times since, but these were the only ones who actually got a few seasons made. People expected Clarkson, May, and Hammond out of the gate, but even they struggled the first few seasons. I've enjoyed Rutledge on NASCAR stuff, and Tanner is still doing stuff for rally and drifting, I'd really like to see them try it again but with a better center personality (maybe Matt LeBlanc could carry it?)

Your doing a great job. Really enjoying the content. Love from the UK!
I’m enjoying how the channel is going in upward motion
"Let the bodies hit the frame..."🤣🤣🤣
It's one of my favorite songs by Disturbed!
@@ElseasWorld Either you're f#@king with me or we really need to give you a music history education! 🤣
All jokes aside, a frame swap in 24 hours is amazing!
always putting in crazy amounts of work on these builds!!
Whether I want to or not! Hahaha
Love the videos my man , so much hard work - all the way from the UK 🇬🇧
It just keeps getting better and better, let’s keep this going

The MK2 Supra is gorgeous. Thank you for the update on it
Let’s gooooo loving the journey bro
Are you just trying to butter me up for this brand new in box TOYOTA SUPRA HOOD?!
@@ElseasWorld maybe 😂
Much love from Australia! Hopefully the Supra parts are worth a decent amount. That's a hell of a lot of work and favours for few grand profit.
They are indeed, at least $3k on a bad day so it’ll be the $13k I was thinking I would end up getting for it!
That shop was wild. So many nice yotas!
Great vid dude. Looking forward to the next one. 🥰👍
Doing such a great job, I have been really enjoying your videos, love the attitude you bring

Great job Michael, you guys have done an awesome job. Shame you didn't get a bit more but cash for the pot for the next project.
Keep smashing it bud.
Awesome!!!
Love the journey. Thanks for sharing mate. 4Runners are so much fun. Love how they're popular in the USA. Such a classic here in Australia.
They are everywhere here in the states, super popular!
Congratulations!!
Can't wait to see the next crazy build
*(applause)* A truly happy end for the 4runner of Theseus.
Welcome back!

Hell yeah! This is dope.
Nice work, guys.
Great episode. Any nicer and you wouldn’t want to drive it. Perfect for one to be used and driven
I'm interested to hear your thoughts on securing a car strapped to the frame versus strapped to the wheels/ axle.

How does the paperwork get updated. I imagine the frame has a different VIN stamp from the body now?
Please tell me you changed all the rubber bushings and shocks while everything was accessible

Why didn’t you use the rack from the donor chassis?
When I bought the donor the seller told me it was no good so I didn’t even try it
