@bigdaddy1808 If you are going for tourism then just take the evisa as I said. You dont need any approval letter. Why do you need sticker visa anyways?

@bigdaddy1808 You can approach vietnam consulate. But sticker visa or evisa doesnt really matter. If you travel your travel history is stronger even by a stamp.
Sir mera flight mumbai se 21st September 11.05 ka hai aur hanoi me 22nd September ko land karega but my visa start date is 22nd September toh mumbai airport pe boarding k time koi issue hoga kya

You will only get a stamp. Sticker visa is something which you need to apply from embassy before going to Vietnam
