One More Update On The New Ebike Build

- Got the finishing touches on the new eBike all done so I thought I'd make a quick update video to share the progress with you guys.
I plan to build a couple of these bikes over the next few months each with different size motors and on different frames. The next one will be built for pure speeds so that should be a fun on.
eBikes are going to get more and more popular over the coming year and I will be using them for all kinds of neat projects so stay tuned as I evolve my new addiction.

Matt, that is cool shit. I work on Mercedes-Benz and we are going that way. They have made the gasoline-wise they are so efficient that we rarely use the exhaust hoses in the the shop when letting a car idle. You have some excellent ideas. I always look forward and happy to watch your videos. I pray for more blessings through the Lord for you Brother.

To kewl I owned a Bird scooter fleet in downtown love the ebikes and all the micro mobility stuff out today nothing like technology… Would have been neat take you on one of my scooter recoveries in the hood some of my scooter recoveries used to get worse than any repo I’d ever done lol hopefully we get them back in our city

This actually looks pretty cool. More money than I would or could spend on a bicycle, but it would be interesting to test one out and see how it feels. I got back into riding my BMX bike for exercise as I am way out of shape and always loved riding. Hoping if I keep doing this I'll get some energy back and drop some weight. I have some mountain and road bikes, but still love my BMX and fits me good, if I road a bigger bike I think the electric would be fun. Cool project and glad you are back and alright after some rough years. Watched hours of Reponut videos over the years, never subscribed, but I will now. Look forward to your future projects, love the car audio stuff, and maybe some riding videos.
E bikes are awsome. I wanna build 2 battery packs givin me 200 miles of range and travel coast to coast.
Awesome bike. GPS needs a remote kill switch so you can remotely disable the bike. Imagine the thief riding off with the bike and the power getting cut.

I think a weather-proof action cam would have been better suited for the bike, but it's also an interesting test to see how long the dashcam will stand its life on a bike handlebar.

You don't want a bike that is easily identifiable or flashy when you are working repos's. That bike looks great but get an all black bike for your repo work. You don't want any contact with the police so an all black bike would be best for work.

My thoughts about charging the small battery from the big one: If they're always connected, the small battery will basically always stay at or around 100% of its charge state. This isn't very good for the lifetime of that lithium battery, so it'll probably die much earlier than it would need to (lithiums don't like extremes, so keeping them between 20% and 80% charge will be best for their lifetime).

Hey I'm sending a message for help put about my ebike build. I put a 1 minute video up showing how I'm not getting the right amount of volts out of my bms and when I plug into my controller the volts drop down to 0 or 1 volt. Of you could watch the video and possibly help me out with some advice I would GREATLY appreciate it!
Don't give up your day job, LOL.... Go back to repo's. It's what you did best. JMO...
