    You lose tempo if you don't level at 5-1 even if you hit gnar 3 you are 6 units vs lvl 9 players, you will bleed out, I was more surprised that he didn't lvl when he had 86 gold.

      The encounter prizes people with more unit too. It was 4 ghostly, extra Unit, extra health

    I love the level 7. He had good augments and a spat. He probably wanted lunch money value as well. Not to mention this lobby was weak like diamond-master

    it's actually 25% less 2 costs for leveling to 7, very large, i think he figures he will still hit it at 7 and feels like going 7 will help him stay strong for now, some guaranteed board strength now and just delay an inevitability

      why is it 25% less? I don't know the math behind it so if you can explain so i can learn I'd appreciate it!

      @@silverritter7442 the difference between 30% and 40% is 10% but if you take 40% as a "Total" then a reduction to 30% would be 25% or a quarter less.
