As a Gorkha i enjoyed your making process,a bit different from our traditional style but it is beautiful. Khukuri has a numerous applications from cutting,chopping to slicing wood,meat and many more. which is also a historical,cultural and traditional weapon and its significance is huge. And apart from that the British royal gorkha rifles,indian gorkha rifles and Singaporean contingent carry khukuri everytime in a war, combat as a support weapon ❤️🙏✌️😮
I am from Nepal, and i think your work is top class. A tiny detail to add when you make khukuri next time is to make a small cut on the blade near the handle. The purpose of making that cut is to prevent blood flowing to your hands during war and making them slippery.

Soy de Nepal y creo que tu trabajo es de primera clase. Un pequeño detalle que puedes agregar la próxima vez que hagas khukuri es hacer un pequeño corte en la hoja cerca del mango. El propósito de hacer ese corte es evitar que la sangre fluya a tus manos durante la guerra y las vuelva resbaladizas.

Khukris belong in every collection. It's sheer usefulness will pay for itself in a single camping trip! Make sure to invest in one that's handmade like this. I own one that was hand forged for me specifically in Nepal.

Es el arma nacional de Nepal y simboliza la unidad nacional. Es un orgullo para nosotros poseerla. Tengo una en mi ciudad natal. Se utiliza desde la campaña de unificación, aproximadamente en 1780. Su mango y el resto del diseño son bastante diferentes al aborigen pero de todos modos gracias por hacerlo.
