I did it by myself then I found out this video.
I also add DND mood on while open camera app. So this video is not fake, it's works fine.

It worked just fine for my 15 Pro, it just doesn’t turn the volume back up when you close it. I changed the automation to toggle silent mode when camera is opened and closed, and that fits my purposes well

Just set your phone to mute. Trust this is so much easier than this. This video talks about only about the one side of the story. After you do it, and take a photo. The volume of your phone sets to 0. You will need to have to turn it up afterwards.
