I got an amazing picture at Costco a couple days ago. They had a S90C next to a C3 and A80L, the S90C was DRAMATICALLY brighter. It was kind of shocking. It'll down convert DV to HDR10, so if the tvs specs are good, it'll still look good, that's why people continue to buy Samsung despite no proper DV support.
I'm not sure about Sam's club, but Costco is actually the opposite, meaning you may get extra benefits such as a backlit remote. Hope this helps and thank you for watching
Sony XR65X90CL full array TV, excellent picture. FYI Costco when you look at the warranty for the TV you are now seeing 2 and 3 year OEM warranty. Costco is getting out of the TV repair business.
Hi Brain, you are the best! I've been following you from Italy for a long time !! 🎉🎉 to date, about at the same price, for a 65”, better Sony a80l, Samsung s95c, LG c3? Thanks for the answer..
Thank you so very much! I hope all is well in Italy, my friend . The G3 and S95C are better than the A80L simply by vibrancy and in color when it comes to the S95C. I love the G3! But QD-OLED for me was the big jump, so I go S95C. I hope this helps
@@BRIANSTECHTHERAPY The reason I like a80l is the better integrated sound than LG and Samsung (at least so they say, but I've never tried them) and for the fact that it is compatible with Apple and therefore with the Siri voice assistant. I am very minimalist and I would like to avoid the soundbar for this I was oriented on Sony a80l. But Sony doesn't have the gaming hub. Do you think it's a good motivation to prefer Sony or not? Thank you again
For me, the SONY A80L is the best TV for my needs, because it offers exactly what I need out of all the others. UPSCALIN+MOTION is the most important thing for me and nothing else for everyone else, but I don't give a damn what others want. Samsung is not at the level of LG let alone Sony in terms of upscaling and motion, so that's it. The brightness of the panel is unimportant to me, how many HDMI 2.1 inputs the TV has is also unimportant to me because I only need and want the TV to display a great picture, that is to say I need the best possible UPSCALING + MOTION TV and SONY TV is the KING in terms of what I want. The SONY A80L is the best OLED for what I need it for
Best Buy has the Samsung - 65" Class S90C OLED 4K UHD Smart Tizen TV for $1600! That’s a steal my friends a steal my friend a steal! Funny the 55” is the same price as the 65”, can someone say “No brainer”?????
See this entire review is dead wrong it Samsung‘s color is so good. Why don’t they support Toby vision clearly the color palette is incorrect. Samsung should not be involved in any of these reviews. They deliberately do not support a main. Cote not mentioned they had all the specs and under dimming zones.

Get the Sony x90l you will not regret it.
@@dorriesmith2177 I was considering it but then Sony on where the new prototype mini LED backlight so I might see what they have to offer with that new technology
@dorriesmith2177 I heard that model was good, but I'm looking for something with mini LED. That's why the X93L would be the one I would go to, but it's about $2,000 so yeah and ideally I would go 75 in for a Sony TV so right now I'm going to buy the X85K 43 inch as a stop Gap TV before I decide to buy my Hisense 65 inch and Sony 75 inch meaning Hisense U8K or U8N 65-inch and whatever successive for the X93L 75-inch
@@bradhaughton6698 I have tried the TCL 6 series twice both ended up with black screen in a little over a year. I did not have the extended warranty ...stupid I know...and TCL told me I was out of luck...really stand behind their tv's. Then I purchased the 75-inch U8H and a little after a year the tv would not come on without turning it on and off numerous times. Repairman came and could not fix it after replacing the main board and the power pack. Destroyed the tv on site and I had to dispose of it. Hisense is sending me a replacement the u8k but it will take 2 to 4 weeks. That's when we decided on the 75 inch X90L and boy are we glad we did. We love this tv and it has the processors and clear picture technology as the upper priced models. The x93l left out one of the processors don't remember which one. Also, if you are able get your tv at Costco if you can. 5-year free warranty and upgraded backlit remote not to mention a 90-day return window...no brainer. Good luck in your search.
I was told by someone who works the tv section at bestbuy that you could use a device (like a firecube) with Dolby vision on an s90c, and it would therefore display it in actual Dolby vision, seems incorrect, no?
They are wrong
It'll down convert DV to HDR10, so if the tvs specs are good, it'll still look good, that's why people continue to buy Samsung despite no proper DV support.
@TheKwod thanks. I bought it right now thinking I'm sure it'll still look great.
Does Costco and Sam's club sell lower quality tvs than Best buy?
I'm not sure about Sam's club, but Costco is actually the opposite, meaning you may get extra benefits such as a backlit remote. Hope this helps and thank you for watching
Sony XR65X90CL full array TV, excellent picture. FYI Costco when you look at the warranty for the TV you are now seeing 2 and 3 year OEM warranty. Costco is getting out of the TV repair business.
Excellent information! Thank you !
Thanks Brian
Thank you so much Craig!!
@@BRIANSTECHTHERAPY!
@nicolaghinassi1345 much love my friend!
@nicolaghinassi1345 it's my personal TV my friend and it has the best sound of the group as well as XR clear.
The SONY A80L is the best OLED for what I need it for
Sounds good to me my friend! It's an amazing TV and it's my personal TV. ruclips.net/video/hJ1hz1UvCHE/видео.htmlsi=SyPGaor0EQsZperp
hi brian i am from iraq your videos are great and interesting ..
Hello my friend! Greetings to you and to Iraq from the U.S. I appreciate the kind words and welcome to the community and family
❤
Great video Brian. Im tempted to replace my 75 inch Sony Z9D but I'm still blown away by the picture quality every day.
Get the Z9J 85”, live a little
@@michael-4k4000 Wait for the Z9J 120" later this year! Priced less than $8K too.
X90 is good too!
It's very good and in this video, my friend. Thank you for watching
Happynewyear
These prices are crazy cheap these days.
I'm sorry the A80L is just too dark for my tastes
Camera us hdr😮
Sony fact Best technology Japan 👑💖
Best Buy has the Samsung - 65" Class S90C OLED 4K UHD Smart Tizen TV for $1600! That’s a steal my friends a steal my friend a steal! Funny the 55” is the same price as the 65”, can someone say “No brainer”?????
Do your tv support 3D
@orbital47 I had one , my projectors do have 3d
Don''t buy gas?
I work at Costco and I sell TV there
LG is the best in my opinion, LG makes screens for Samsung
Lg makes one screen for samung. Samsung Display actually makes the QD-OLED screens. Thank you for watching
See this entire review is dead wrong it Samsung‘s color is so good. Why don’t they support Toby vision clearly the color palette is incorrect. Samsung should not be involved in any of these reviews. They deliberately do not support a main. Cote not mentioned they had all the specs and under dimming zones.
What review??? These are the top TVs at a wholesale club?
Hi great content and very very informative. I watch your channel a lot and FOMO So much that I’m sooo confused more now than ever. Lol
I was wondering if you can help me narrow down from these choices I have listed below from Costco for what would be best. I mostly watch streaming, Blu ray, sports. I have a Denon 9.2.4 surround system and I use an Nvidia shield for streaming.
Hopefully with your expertise you can help me narrow down to one or two TVs.
Thanks in advance.
Sony A80CL $2699.99
Sony X90CL $1599.99
Samsung QN85C $1599.99
Samsung S90 $2499.99
LG C3 77” $2499
Thank you so much for the kind words. For me the #1 of that group is the S90C. It's a QD-OLED with excellent color and is bright for an oled. Excellent gaming features with good upscaling. The only way to pick the leds is if you can go larger than 77"
Thanks Brian I was asking cause I was leaning towards the LG cause there is so much content about it. I appreciate the feedback. I currently own a 11yr old Samsung that still plays very well but I wanted to get something more current. Just curious what would be your second choice just so I can confuse myself even more 😂
@sal6830 the LG is excellent but only a slight upgrade over the previous year. The A80L is better than the LG because of XR clear processing. The S90c is a QD-OLED which puts it above the others
@@BRIANSTECHTHERAPY thanks Brian. Keep the great videos coming. I know you put a lot of effort and research into it and want you to know it helps us consumers more than you. Appreciate you 👊🏼
@sal6830 thank you Sal! The pleasure I mine! I truly appreciate you being part of the community and family
