Hey Jimmy, my uncle went to Hong Kong looking for a real Rolex president, he came back with Two Bulova President, Super Seville’s! He gave me one, and he has the other. That was back in 1982. I’m wearing mine now. It’s the all gold version with the gold dial. It’s running accurately and perfectly. I’ve got so many compliments on this time piece through the years. Incredible watch! It is unashamedly inspired by the President. A lot of watches were and still are. But the Super Seville is an old enough to have a history and bring back memories all of their own. Back in the 70's, more people would have had the experience of wearing this model of Bulova, than the Rolex itself.
Nice pieces. The watch community has disdain towards my Sandoz datejust homage with an ETA 2824 and faux gem bezel; however, the watch is exceptionally built, and I'd wager the quality is not far behind Tudor's somewhat recently discontinued ETA powered datejusts and daydates.

@@anthonycoles728 eBay that shit. But they made them with two different end link styles. One is curved and one is flat. If you look at mine you can see the difference.

They defiantly have the Rolex look for sure. But very cool. I have several Bulova's. Never seen this one before. Very informative good review. Squale started out making cases for Rolex FYI. I love my squale 1521.
Same here. Always liked Bulova and the second this popped up on my radar, hell my pupils started to dilate lol

@@bigbodykarate6403 actually these are Swiss made top to bottom from back in the 70s. As far as how people may look at me, that’s not something that concerns me. I have however never heard a negative remark. Quite the opposite actually. ✌🏼. Side note a fake would say Rolex. But now we are just getting into semantics.
Oh also they used to make cases for blancpain 👌🏼. And thanks man. I’ve become quite a Squale fan

Can’t beat gold polished Roman numerals that sparkle like jewels in the sunlight. Loving the sun ray dial man that pops! AMZWATCH watches. What a beautiful subtle piece.

I have a problem with my bulova, it changes its DAY every 4:30am.. is it normal.. but the date is working good, it changes exactly at 12am
@@elginbouynicdao definitely not normal. It’s working but it depends on how much you want to spend on it. Probably be around 400 to send it to a watchmaker to give it an overhaul. I did that with my red one. Definitely worth it
What do u think of this new version , the 96C127 for example ?
I love it. I only wish it said super Seville on the dial. I’ve been saying for a long time too that I wished they would re-issue the super Seville with that movement. I do wish they would also do the round one but I understand why they won’t lol. I’ll 100% be purchasing one as soon as I can. They did a smart thing

@@ggmagnusssx yup. I’d get one in advance just so you have it laying around just in case. But there are two different styles of end links just like there are two different styles of case. I’ve found both though 👌🏼

what do you think about the Croton Bellagio Day date Swiss eta 2834-2 25jewel, sapphire crystal, screw down crown, 36mm? They snap into day and date exactly at midnight as well.. Those watches are made really well actually stunning watches.. they are discontinued now but there was a bunch of models made like that.. they even have them with 18k solid gold links, crown, bezel etc I actually have 4 of them for sale of the bellagio models if anyone is interested..

@@ggmagnusssx just the fact that If it’s not solid gold and just plated then eventually the finish will wear off in high contract places or if you scratch it
