I had to listen to that part 7 or 8 times. "Cain Creek"?, Carn Creek? Raintree? Pantry? I eventuality got "Pingry". I typed "Pingry" into Google, and it autocorrected to Pingree. A Bourbon company out of Michigan.
Turns out there is a Cane Creek Distillery in Oklahoma. But it was too small for that to have been your guess.
