@@wickeddubz I can't get over what a dumb take this is. The flexibility of sounds that synthesizers afford musicians is the whole point of them. There's a reason that there are articles and videos about the "best synth riffs of all time" and it isn't simply because of the notes and rhythms. Sound design is a huge part of music production and the sounds in this song are rad as fuck.
Your songwriting is some of the best out there today, and I learn something new every time I watch you perform. Such hooks, great lyrics and vocals, great balance of elements, and then you do it all live? Underrated at 1000. Always great to nerd out with ya!

You are so talented musically and you are so good at understanding how to plug things together to make the best out of every piece of gear or software. You're blowing me away.
I've said it before Rachel, you are such a tech wizard (In the best possible way) and make it look so easy. Keep doing what you do, you are such an inspiration. Yes, love the track and look forward to hearing it with beefed up production and 'sparkles' on your next album! : )
> you are such a tech wizard (In the best possible way) Can you give an example where you might call someone a tech wizard in a less than positive light?
I think your songs and production techniques are a breath of fresh of fresh air. You are a strength in a sea of weakness. Lead the way....we all need you.
when i,m in a bad mood, or i confuse about my production, or just want to learn, i start to see your videos, after i have confidence again.... you are my motivation.....
Cannot stop listening to this banger. Love the arpeggios so much, and that immediate break-off after the first "I Wish You Well." I'm grateful the algorithm sent me your way!
Rachel! You are FANTASTIC!! My MC 707 arrived today, I'm kind of lost, because I used the MC 303, MC 505 and MC 808 for a long time, this one has more detailed functions, and the old ones were simpler to use. I'm a little lost and watching several tutorials to learn how to use this equipment, your music is DIVINE, similar to listening to W.A.Mozart with your splendid creativity and emotion. I hope someday to do 1% of what you do, if you have videos that can teach me how to use the back entries, where and how to use them, I'd be very grateful. CONGRATULATIONS FOR YOUR WORK AND BEAUTIFUL VOICE.
Absolutely insane! Your creative flow is addictive! My 3 month old loves your sets, as that's the only thing he falls asleep to by himself! EPIC! EPIC! EPIC! ... Well f'ing done!
I love it. I bought my DS88 and MC 707 for this type of set after numerous encounters with less than sincere musicians pushed me to become more independent. I'll post content soon. Thanks for the inspiration! Keep on your game!
I’m in the process of writing my debut album “Who The Hell Am I?” and needed something like this to use for live performances because I don’t want to use backing tracks. This is just what I’ve been looking for. Thank you so much. Incredible song by the way.
Outstanding! This is dope !! You should easily be at the top of the game. I haven't seen / heard a talent like you in quite a while. So cute just to see ya outside having fun with your gear, but really, this is the best you've done so far as I can tell. All that with just a Roland mc 707, the Juno and midi vocal effects pedals. That certainly is an effective setup. Anyways I got up this morning N this song was playing in the background, having been recorded and filed away as one of the best tracks of 2021. I loop 4 or five and listen to them with a fresh uncluttered mind while having my first cup of coffee. A talent scout would have snatched you up right away after hearing this track . Your aware of this no?
Thank you! That was awesome! You make me think of Elizabeth Rose and Kimbra. WHICH, very few (unfortunatly) here in the states really know about. They must know about you now too because you're a force! Thanks for sharing your knowledge. Really appreciate it! Love ALL you guys down under! Keep it coming Rachel!
Eyyyy Rachel Great , Great , Great song!!! What a talent!!! Thanks for share your electronic and midi wisdom!!! Congrats from Spain!! You have a new fan on me!!! Wish you the best!!!
Discovered you thanks to Ableton. Originally I would not like the type of music you're playing. But seeing you doing it live, and not only the technicity but also the heart you pour into what you do, I start to really like it now! You're amazing, and your explanations are a huge bonus for noobs like me. Keep up the good work!
Those jeans remind me of 80s school discos, yeah I’m that old! On a more serious note, been a follower since 16k and a liker but rarely a commenter, but wish I had more. Love your 4 producer sets and now realising myself how much dedication is needed to build a RUclips channel. Love all your hard work and how you always appear to make it appear so effortless. Breakdowns are why I follow and what I learn from for my own channel and the tunes are why I turn it up so often 😎
Hi rachal, I just been listing to your new track, one thing great equipment ideal for what your creating, the song is out standing, great sound. Iv listened to all your song on you tube, and they fabulous. Look forward to more of your sounds. Good luck on your next one.
So glad I found you by accident, really made my day. You sound great and I think it's amazing that you are producing and doing the vocals all yourself. Sounds better than the commercial bs pumped out on the radio here in the US and fun to watch you make it live.
She is so amazing!! Wow I love her works. This is the perfect way to embrace technology in music performance/production. Take notice what you are witnessing here.
i think you have a really nice voice, but what i really salute is your industriousness and creativity - that you didn't just settle for being able to sing well. you figured it all out. bravo.
Bloody fantastic Rachel. thank you for sharing this. Itching to get more out of my 707. Arpeggiation.. always sends me away to a floaty place, especially with some tasty reverb.
I am blown away!! 🔥 also; this is the first time I am interested in something analog other than synthesizers, so thank you for the proper explanation!!! 🤓
Well this one needs a single release, no album needed. Love the tune.

Damn this is amazing, those synth sounds are to die for
Synths are synths. They can fit the conext or not. What a lovely vocals.

Excellent work and thank you for sharing how you’re using the MIDI controller in your live music!
Discovered you through Instagram, and damn fell in love instantly with the music.
You're 🔥
Wow recording such an epic song in your back garden deserves my respect. Love it!
Great as always Rach! I really loved the melody on this and then when the bass dropped in...BAM! Hard Jam. I've got to add this to my playlist!

One of my favorite 2022 discoveries.
That riff on the Roland at the start is just perfect.

I can't stop listening to this song!! Rachel you are the bomb and so talented!
Rachael Collier should be a big
star because she's got real talent.
I think she will be soon.
Definitely throw that one on the next album. Loved it!

Wow this got me up and going this Sunday morning. Such positive vibes! Love those synths, most beautiful vocals! Liked and shared! X
Absolutely amazing as always!! I think this is my favourite so far!
I like that synth sound when the chorus starts. I like the words too. I like the chorus drums (claps?) in the studio version.
i have no words, just unbelievable and wonderful
