That felt much more longer than five minutes, this was a joyous experience to watch and the animation was beautiful!

POV: You're a ghost inside of a car that watches a single dad raise a girl on his own.
This video proves that no matter what happens with your childhood car, never get rid of it. Becuase if you do, you will forget all the beautiful memories you made with it. And if you forget the memories, you will be bored in life, and become depressed.
As a car guy, this almost made me cry. Thank you for reminding me about my childhood car.
you should watch it in VR on a device. it's 10 times more powerful. i couldn't control myself and i teared up in front of a group of people at a conference

Definitely one of my favorites, always brings me to tears.
this is the future of animation. you can feel closer to the story and art when you can just look at whatever you want in the scene rather than what the director just wants you to see. i think that is why video games are sometimes more beloved than movies on occasion, like the game Life is Strange.

You are still only seeing what the director lets you see.
Only in a game can you actually go see as far as the space will allow. I think these VR stories are a great experiment, but they're stuck being better than old animation but inferior to virtual space.
BJ Vynz is right Neil. Game directors would still use elements such as signposting to draw the eye of the audience to the setpiece. If you weren't drawn to the setpiece you'd find it aggravating when you miss out on the story.
They aren't going to replace traditional movie-making, just as tv didn't replace radio and video games didn't replace tv. It's just another tool in the tool-box. Sometimes stories require seeing images in a particular way, sometimes more freedom enhances the story.
Nobody cares, Atomic.
This deserves so many more views. I'm tearing up.

This is beautiful. If anyone is watching this in 2035 it's great story telling. Made me cry at the end of it.
Being a father of two teenage daughters, I have a very soft spot for stories depicting that kind of relationships. And this one was amazing. Loved it.

Cars may seem like "things" to most people but they are a part of us; a part of our soul. The memories we have living with a car stay forever with it. Cars are not perfect, they have flaws just like us and it is sad to finally give up the keys when it's time. Godspeed.

I watched her develop as a person. I watched her grow up and change. This made me cry.
I gotta admit I'm late to the party, but I got a little misty eyed watching this. It's a better story than 95% of anything on the tv.

I think the "coldest days" lines, and the "counted for rain" line, are spot on. That's totally what I was looking for.
However, I think that the one verse goes "The spiral shell/the golden mean/You see you're just the sum of those who have been", seeing as they are mathematical concepts of recursive addition. That's just me, though.
I think the beginning of Sarah's part starts with "One grade for laughter". Just my input any ways. Thanks for getting the tougher words for me! It's a powerful song, and I really want to learn it.
