I'm a big fan of Commissioned I room when they hooked up with Take 6 in Huntsville Alabama when I was at Oakwood College and I think the whole Auditorium came down to be blessed by the great music especially when they started singing running back to you all of the college students that parents even pastors came down that out it was one of the greatest events I've ever seen in reference to calling somebody to give their life to Christ it was pandemonium for Christ. I like the old and the new but it's the old that brought me in so therefore I will say that running back to you and dare to believe which is actually I use it in the form of my email and it's beautiful stop just enjoy the music!
The one facet or character trait that I love about God is that in His infinite wisdom He knows how to strategically place His vessels together in order to execute HIS will, not what man THINKS. Flesh is ALWAYS wrong and this is where believers GET IT WRONG. The gentlemen in this video clip ARE COMMISSIONED, NOT the group's name. There is a difference. I thoroughly enjoyed the ministry of these men (past and present).Bishop Brooks, Pastor Staten, Dr. Reid, Minister Jones, Minister Cole I salute you and I say THANK YOU for taking me back to 1985 to the "Pink album" (haha) where it all began. Commissioned is STILL my all time favorite group, with Take 6 a close second...Commissioned, please come on back...you still have it, and your fans want to hear more of it!!!

Whatever the problem is, whoever needs to forgive... can we just get on with it, act like the Christians and the Christ you sing about and reunite - if only for one project????? Come on, guys. How many more years have to pass before your fans and fellow believers can get what we've been wanting??? I guarantee it will be a MONSTER HIT - could possibly single-handedly bring Gospel music back.
Fred has alot of projects he is working with right now. I work with Fred and Commissioned both still. They are all in a god place but just working on something but trust there has been some serious talks. The reunion cd was alot of fun and the United Tenors record was to be a Commissioned record but things were still being sorted out. But keep watching and praying

Certainly, I'm entitled to what I would like to see happen as anyone else is to theirs. And we've all heard that there have been many attempts made to get the fellas together for a reunion project but for a couple of holdouts it would have happened. ijs Absolutely no shade meant but the truth is the truth.
Monica Worth i dont believe there is any beef with fred im not saying i know for sure they did a couple of thing in 2014 and 15 minus bishop brooks max frank and mike williams but they also did marvin sapps christmas album fred was involved and remember he's been on tour promoting his lates album on the festival of praise tour so he may habe not had free time to do this same for sapp he runs a church ya know
