Today early morning just sat down in my Balcony & Gurudev words started speaking in my mind (Baba says_nature is your best Guru) and i started my breathing. Truly speaking from the core of my heart felt experiences _ Baba holds the finger of his disciples _ His divine guidance inspires me to breathe with all my passion to soar into the infinite depths of Sky yet at the same time with his soothing voice he pulls me down not to forget about my Ground . I have to be grounded in Yamaha & Niyam only then Pratyahar is possible & after you Taste your Reality (who you are ) then come down & stabalize yourself as AMRITASYSA PUTRA _ sukham sathiram asanam _ between the brows _ & keep going thru the world _ i mean this is how i understood the guidance given to me ( by Baba ji ) during fractions of secs perhaps when my 1odd breath gets synchronized . I have no words to offer my Gratitude but more i learn to breathe more i understand the meaning of the famous words _ balihari jaaun Guru appne Gobind diyo milaye . My heartfelt regards & respects _ bows & naman to give a true meaning to my life . Plz bless 🙌 me that i keep going to the smellless state of my Breath .

I am thrilled to just read Cosmic astrology on official website (as I love astrology and give free readings to people). This book is beyond human perception. I literally got tears while reading itself. I am practicing kriya from antarmukhananda and shivarajayogi. I am happy to see spiritual progress with what I am doing. But I would like to be trained about these sounds with respect to the birth star and the speed of kriya with respect to planets and learn deeper insights. Hope this message reach to masters and steer me towards it. I contacted srirama murthy garu regarding kriya and cosmic astrology learning. For this life, I wish to practice non stop kriya and help people prescribing these sounds after I learn (if i am meant to be and only under masters advice)

The acharyas are appointed to give diksha on behalf of Swami Shankarananda Giri. When you take diksha from one of them you will became a disciple not of acharya, but a disciple of Swamijee himself. And of course you will take the techniques of Kriya Yoga. Or you can also come to Rishikesh ashram and take diksha there.
