Ooooh if the harmonies in this affected you wait until you get to The Big Push/Ren cover of Praise You by Fatboy Slim! The vocals in that are stunning 😁
I suggest you do the big push doing Manu Chao version of the song Bongo Bong fantastic harmonies also their own original called the swan song which is very different but the harmonies again to die for ..love your reactions ..keep on plugging away and hope you reach that mil subs p.s they do a great version of the Clash Guns of Brixton on the streets of Brighton
Hi! New sub here! I've binge watched your reactions on my phone in bed a couple of nights, but I'm not logged into RUclips there, so I couldn't comment or like anything. On my laptop now, so I want to say I love your dry wit and have enjoyed your reactions. I concur with those below suggesting Swan Song, Praise You, and Bongo Bong by The Big Push. Being a Brit, you'd probably enjoy his Bittersweet Symphony retake. Carry on!
I loved this reaction! They really did justice to this cover, and from what I've seen of them, they are always on point. This is the sound that I think the world of music has been craving for a very long time. Lol, And by the way they've been growing in popularity these past few months, there are millions who would agree with me. I have to say, when you mentioned getting emotional hearing such a great rendition, I subbed to your channel immediately. That was the same way I felt when I heard it the first time. This band, with Ren as the 'front man', reminds me of some of the greatest supergroups of the 60s and 70s. It was like watching an early jam session with Eric Clapton and Cream, or Steve Winwood and Traffic. I've been blown away by Ren's work, and every other artist or group associated with him. Admittedly, I've become somewhat obsessed, not only in watching the videos, but with watching others reacting to the videos. In a strange way, it brings a sense of connection, because you experience a mutual feeling and an understanding through it all. Your reaction was beautifully honest. I'm looking forward to seeing more. Thank you, Paula! Cheers!
Thank you for subbing!! Yes, good music does move me, as it should. It's a testament to how good they are. I'm obsessed too, with both him and the band, they are all so talented. I love watching reactions myself so that's why I set up my channel - why not film yourself reacting to music?! Thank you again :) xx
@@PaulaReacts :) I actually used to have a youtube channel, but I've stepped away since losing our house to a fire. Ptsd hit me pretty hard, and following that there have been a string of events that have left me reeling. ... It's a long, f'd up story, but I use the music to help me escape, but at the same time it helps me understand what is going on in my head. The beauty of watching reactions, is the discovery of others feeling what I feel, giving me a sense of connection, as I've become quite isolated and withdrawn. Having said all that, I am enjoying your reactions, and I'm glad that I've subscribed!
Love your reaction to this. For me this was so much better than Sting's version. Full of energy, a hint of Ren's reggae twang. There is probably a name for the style of the guitar playing. Bluezie -jazz? Reminds me of a traditional french country guitar sound (Romain's influance). Bongo Bong (Big push) is another example of this style (watch Goran take a swig of red wine before he starts to play). Also everything else 'Big Push' is work a look. Personally I love 'Why My Woman' which has a wonderful message acted out by Ren at the end and it's twin 'Oh My Woman' which is simply the raunchiest pop video I have ever seen.
Hope Ren and the Rest of the Lads get back together never not seen anything I didn't enjoy by the Big Push or other Artists like Eden Nash ( Humble) Chinchilla ( SEXUAL HEALING) Liv Sangster ( live music Session) Sam Tompkins all of Sam & Rens stuff blows me away.
The Big Push are one of the greatest bands going currently, but they kinda get overshadowed by Ren's deserved success. Without Romain and Gorran (and Sam Tompkins) we might not be listening to Ren. They pulled him out of a dark place

Ooooh well now you've said that, it may have to go to the top of my list! xx
Both of those are fantastic.

They are truly one of the best I've heard in a long time, and yes without them, who knows about Ren. :) xx
