I’ve watched you weld up a lot of broken aluminum items you make it look so simple. In my youth I use to try to weld aluminum items with a DC stick welder. Yikes it was frustrating to say the least!
I've only had mine 5 years and the only time it has played up was after little use Rtechs guess was dusty points, as after a touching down arcing like scratch start it's been fine ever since a fantastic bit of kit
